Read your contract! We moved from out of state with tons of furniture into a 4 bed house, in 3 months the owner decides she wants to move back, gives us 3 months notice to move out. Their contracts are tricky, if they landlord breaks the lease make sure they cover your moving costs, all of them. We have had a horrible experience since we signed the lease with this company. From pushed move in days, to lack of communication, I could go on. BUT the main reason I am writing this review is due to our recent experience. About two months ago we began to experience issues with rats (they chewed through the dishwasher, hot water heater, and our personal washing machine). WARNING! Do your research before trusting Renters Warehouse with your property. They have been awful to work with. Per our agreement, they are supposed to conduct periodic checks of the property to make sure the lease is being upheld. They didn't. Even when you make them, and they write up a report full of violations, they fail to make the tenant do anything, even when you repeatedly ask them to enforce the lease. I just want to share what a great experience we had dealing with James and Jenise to find our new home. James was tremendous from the very start. He was very responsive and accommodating whenever we communicate with him. More importantly, he was very personable whenever we meet him. Jenise was big help as well. I am highly impressed with the level of service at Renters Warehouse. These professionals have gone out of their way to help us move into a rental home with very little notice. I highly recommend them!
Bunch of money hungry individuals...From top to bottom management of the company...NEVER EVER rent house from this people.....once you sign the lease, you are trapped. maintenance requests never get processed..only one response all the time.."Will let landlord know"...they just want to fix everything by ourself(tenant)...do not want to fix anything or spend penny on maintenance..backyard cleaning not done even if written promise from landlord at the start of the lease.....Leaks in toilets..2 of 3 toilet not usable & i have b... read more
Just a quick update on Jenise Flye: The tenant Jenise helped me source in December 2014 is still my tenant going on four years strong. My tenant just renewed for a fourth time! If you screen your applicants properly upfront, you will have minimal problems. Jenise knows what she's doing so ask for her. Please note that I have also had positive experiences with Renters Warehouse Renewal Dept and Maintenance Depts. Keep up the good work!

I rented from renters Warehouse for 2 years and that had to be the worst two years of my rental history. From the beginning I should've known, Seamstress was late to everything and brought her mom and child to the rental while showing me. I had constant issues with rodents that they took forever to fix. We worked with Jenise to obtain our house and we enjoyed the experience. She was very responsive throughout the process, and continues to be as we still have questions. She always gets back to us quickly. Overall we had a great experience with Renter's Warehouse and Jenise.
