Hassan K I am an out of state Landlord and I have used Renters Warehouse for the past two years for tenant placement only. Krystle Alexander had a positive attitude and was amazing in helping me find qualified tenants. She often went above and beyond her normal duties to ensure every detail was taken care of and to make the process was stress free as possible. It was obvious that her goal was to achieve 100% satisfaction for her clients.

My spouse and I were tenants with this property management company. Maintenance request were over-looked and getting a hold of someone in the office that will do what they say is nonexistent. For a long story short, we paid for our last month of rent (October 1- 31st) and at our move-out inspection Gerogina Lopez stated we were required to return our keys (October 17). Phil Matheis promised to prorate our rent on this same day. Stated it would be in the mail by Tuesday... It never happened due to our landlord Alder Somerset ... read more

Trish Beeman and the Bee Team were fantastic. At first, I thought they were a little over the top, but once I started working with them, I realized they were working to make sure both we and the landlord were both equally satisfied with the arrangements and there was no detail overlooked. The negotiations over a few small items went quickly and efficiently, the lease was specific to our needs and I feel like this is going to be a great experience because of Trish and the team.

I had a great experience with renters warehouse, my realtor agent Olga Palmer was really helpful and approachable every time I needed her. She really worked hard with my application and helped me all the way through. 100% satisfied with her job, so you if anyone is needing a real state agent I suggest you to look for Olga's services.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Renter's Warehouse Atlanta. They are unprofessional, under deliver, and have problems with communication in an efficient manner as they promise. I am a landlord with Renter's Warehouse and they have been a nightmare to work with. Forty-five days ago, my tenant reported a leak in the plumbing. I had Renter's Warehouse send out their technicians and inspect the leak. The leak was identified and several holes had to be cut into the ceiling to make repairs. The repairs ende... read more

I'm an owner and have used this company for several years. They are extremely slow to make repairs and the communication is very poor. I will be switching to a smaller, more responsive company.
