Rouselle was great and deserves a 5 star review. HOWEVER, in working with Renters Warehouse (RW) for 1.5 years, this has been the first and only great service that I received from the RW client/maitenance service department. I like my property manager(s). And have been candid with them that though I like working with them I will not be renewing business with RW as their outsourced client/maintenance services are horrific. Most can't speak english and are on foreign time zones which makes for a very untimely repsonse to tenan... read more

I called Pamela A at Renter's Warehouse this week, and she accidentally gave me a very important reminder. Why did I call her? Because me and my family decided a few weeks ago we'd jump in and handle an electric issue at one of our rental properties. We thought it would be something simple. First, me and my family went and tried to figure out why the washer and dryer weren't working without any help... we got a grand total of nothing done. lol Our second attempt was to call a retired friend of ours (a former electrician).
