I don't like Renters Warehouse because they have to find a vendor and then the vendor has to contact tenant to set up an appointment. I would rather have an onsite maintenance person that knows the property they are dealing with.

This review is solely for Pit F****, Maintenance Coordinator with Renters Warehouse. He is the only good thing there is to say about Renters Warehouse. They rented me a house without a proper inspection. The A/C didn’t work when I moved in … in the summer. They also failed to have several areas of the house repaired prior to my moving in, though they promised they would be repaired. Pit has done an excellent job staying on top of my numerous repair issues. I recommend him. I don’t recommend Renters Warehouse.

5 MONTHS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK…..! IT’S 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO TO LEAVE A REVIEW .., BUT THEY SHOULD GET -90.. THE LEASING CONSULTANT I HAD WAS KIND AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS KIND.. Absolutely unprofessional company. i submitted a termination fee as listed in the contract for breaking a lease early and submitted two months of rent prior to an agreement on all parties to be reduced to a 30 days notice rather than a 60 days notice. Ended up having prior known issues that were never fixed during my stay at the property being taken out of my security deposit and payment for a utility that was not even suppose to be billed to me for the next month and then to receive an email afterwards saying how they made ... read more

My tenant paid its June 2024 rent on 6/1/2024. As of date, renters warehouse is yet to remit the portion of the paid rent that belongs to the landlord. I have sent 2 separate emails on 2 different occasions to the company without any response. At a point, I am beginning to wonder if renters warehouse has vanished into thin air or stopped operations. They don’t value your time. I’m very disappointed with this company. I had a tour scheduled for an apartment and ended up having over two hours of my time wasted. I got to the apartment a couple minutes early, and ended up waiting for an additional 40 minutes (attempting to call and email the company to get more information on why no one was there to help). Teo things: 1). I spoke with Claire today in regards to a doublicate trash acct that the owner needs to cancel. 2).And I reported (x3) about my concern about the yard poor condition when I moved in to rent here. Claire said she will do research on my 2 past reports and reach out to them and then email me back. My concern is this doesn't fall back onto me. If Claire completes these couple of tasks then I would say she deserves her stars.

they misrepresented my sale. Listed it improperly. When I went to closing I had to pay extra $2000.00 to the agent that was not disclosed prior. They offered no resolution or help. There is no place to leave reviews on their website. Overall TERRIBLE selling experience, would not recommend to ANYONE!
