I had the home profesionally cleaned upon move out and I cleaned for every showing - yes - for sale while we lived there. They still charged me for doing it again - $500 cleaners, $300 carpet shampoo. I already did this. They will take any funds they can get a hold of and won't let go no matter what. Glad they finally have their greedy hands out of my wallett! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

RUN, don't walk, away from any listing run by this company. They are quite literally the worst company I've ever worked with (even worse than Xfinity and we all know that's saying something). STAY AWAY FROM THEM. The worst rental agency I've ever professionally rented from. Dishonest, nit-picked at everything on move-out, wouldn't allow me a proper walk through, wouldn't share before pictures that were supposed to be taken, falsely documented condition of property and cost me most of my security deposit. AND... watch out because they also sell homes so they won't be looking out for you as the renter and will side with the seller. Total conflict of interest. Watch your back. RW is managing two properties of mine and they have been horrible with respect to maintenance requests, rent collections and communications (with me and between themselves within their organization). I have gone months without receiving rent payments (but RW is somehow able to collect their late fees). During a recent sprinkler repair visit, the RW maintenance person gave me a quote for $500+ to replace a number of "dead" zone valves. When I initially entered into my lease agreement, the property manager and the administrative staff were great, there was communication and provided HOA updates from the homeowner to myself. Chris cannot take no for an answer, he thinks he is the only game in town and boarders on harassment. I said I would do a referral fee and he wants three time what I pay the company I already work with. I'm sorry I even responded to his message, I had to block him.
