STAY AWAY FROM THEM. The worst rental agency I've ever professionally rented from. Dishonest, nit-picked at everything on move-out, wouldn't allow me a proper walk through, wouldn't share before pictures that were supposed to be taken, falsely documented condition of property and cost me most of my security deposit. AND... watch out because they also sell homes so they won't be looking out for you as the renter and will side with the seller. Total conflict of interest. Watch your back. RW is managing two properties of mine and they have been horrible with respect to maintenance requests, rent collections and communications (with me and between themselves within their organization). I have gone months without receiving rent payments (but RW is somehow able to collect their late fees). During a recent sprinkler repair visit, the RW maintenance person gave me a quote for $500+ to replace a number of "dead" zone valves. When I initially entered into my lease agreement, the property manager and the administrative staff were great, there was communication and provided HOA updates from the homeowner to myself. After the first year, the property manager left the company and I had to hunt down the new manager to renew my lease and the experience went downhill after that, there were no more updates shared by Renters Warehouse by the homeowner. when it came time for me to move out, the experience could not have been worse as Renter's Warehouse ... read more

Loved working w entire team here who managed my condo and tenant from day 1 and found me a great tenant who stayed all the way up this year. Then Steve Munyon helped me sell it too and found an all cash buyer for a quick close. So happy and relieved the process is over. Thanks Steve!

Chris cannot take no for an answer, he thinks he is the only game in town and boarders on harassment. I said I would do a referral fee and he wants three time what I pay the company I already work with. I'm sorry I even responded to his message, I had to block him. He goes on about he offers a guarantee, news flash...so does everyone and we all know a guarantee means you have fancy language in your agreement that allows you to create a bunch of red tape and ultimately wiggle out. No one has resolved our issue since June! We have been passed from one manager to another, Steve munyon provided us Kirby's number who is the manager, but no one ever helped us. Please can someone reach out? It's been 3 months, and we haven't been reimbursed by something that is not our fault.

Tenants and Owners BEWARE!!! They must be going OUT OF BUSINESS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Renters Warehouse is no longer paying the owners the rents that the tenants have already paid. It is end of the month and we still haven't received rent for this month. Our tenants paid their rent weeks ago.
