Dropped the truck off and signed the authorization to perform the service. The Service advisor called an hour later telling me that the cost will be $ 1000.- more than the quoted $ 1452.- picked up the truck that afternoon just to find oil, transmission and transfer case fluids thru out the engine compartment and underneath the truck. I will not return to that dealership!!!

Pricing is very confusing. Went in for 60k service and was told $1297. What they didn't say that just getting the standard work done (oil change, spark plugs, tires rotated, filters changed etc.) was going to be an additional $1200. $2300 later and I couldn't afford the brakes and coolant flush (which would've been an additional $1700. When cost is going to likely double this should be explained upfront. Brought my vehicle in, back in November before Thanksgiving for routine maintenance and because of an undiagnosed problem I was having. It is a warranty repair and they needed to order the part. They told me they would contact me once the part arrived. Didn't hear back for almost 3 weeks so I called. They claimed they called me; I have no voicemails from them. The car was repaired but they didn't return the car when they were supped to (a day late) didn't tell me my car ready, and they left my rear window half way open. I'm still waiting for a call back from the service department
Incomplete/inaccurate service provided. I would not recommend or be returning. I was informed by the service department that I needed to move my car out of their lot because their supervisor wanted them to clear their lot. I ended up towing my car to another dealership to be fixed.
car broke down 5 days after getting it out of the shop...
I paid for it to be fully looked at and put up on the rack. And they said my car was good. But then the next day. Or shall I say 2 days where I had to walk in there and let them know that I am not pleased with the noise. I am still hearing. Thennnn I had to come down there and be in the car while trying to let them feel/hear what I do. I think they should've gave me my ENTIRE Refund. At the end, it was something that they didn't even realize what it was after putting it up on the rack.
They told me I could come in and get my batteries evaluated and replaced. I got there and was told that it wouldn't happen until Tuesday and didn't have a loaner car for me to use. I left there and went to a dealership that actually cares about their customers.
