Verified Renter Riata is amazing! The apartments are like-new and the amenties are great. The gym is top notch and literally has every piece of equipment you will need! Residents are nice and the apartment complex is quiet and safe. Great for single women and people with kids!

Awesomeness to the Maximus Lived here on short term lease. Great price point for the market. Main pool rocks! Carwash stations an added excellence. Apartment roomy and new.

Verified Renter The riata apartment staff is very professional. They care about residents all the time and always be responsive. I love this apartment and its atmosphere. Also, the good thing is they provide a lot of apartment events such as happy hours or morning coffee time. They are so great.
