Verified Renter Loved it when I moved in but the lock down removed the family feeling and immediate attention to needs. I don't like the portal as a way of communicating. I know it is more efficient for the office but not for those of us who are not comfortable with the computer. Also it takes a week or two instead of tomorrow. I also miss the people I interacted with when I first moved in I know the lockdown made everything change but I don't think it will ever return to what was when I first came here. Verified Renter The community is beautiful, amenities are great, gym is particularly nice. Maintenance staff has been awesome as well. It is nice to see a community that does proper repairs and takes care of the appearance and function of it's grounds.

Verified Renter We've shopped around a few times near the end of our leases (mostly from FOMO) and I'm confident that Riata offers the best value for the price in Austin's current ridiculously expensive market. Comparable units elsewhere are either far more expensive or in a much worse area; and the communities usually have fewer amenities. My interactions with the office staff have always been favorable. Verified Renter Riata is a nice place to live but the recent change of management did not satisfied me. There are a lot of beaitifications and amenities improvement projects being done, but the work completion is so slow. The main gate is still not finished, its been a year by now, and that is suppose to be a priority. Safety is important, but they are focused more on making the community beautiful than being safe.
