Riata Very peaceful for an apartment complex. Good paths for dog walking.
Riata Great walking paths for dogs. Parking spots are a little small.
Riata Apartments Pros: Well maintained, quiet, great amenities (large gym, several pools, jogging trails, dog parks), pleasant staff, property events (monthly free happy hour/live music, ect), valet trash twice a week. Cons: Older appliances, some areas inside units showing age, traffic near property/speeding drivers, limited (uncovered) parking in some areas.

I love my home. From the day we put pen to paper to fill out the application to the day we signed the lease, the managenent staff was amazing. Our new home is a joy. The layout is perfect, the property makes you feel like you live in a nature focused resort and the quiet is the icing on the cake. Our requests for maintenance are responded to promptly and the staff are charming abd efficient. The recreation areas are gorgeous and the gym is amazing, if not slightly intimidating. Lots of Amenities, "Customer Service" just OK Riata has been a pleasant place to live for the most part. My biggest issue is that they aren't super responsive/communicative, but on the flip side, we haven't had many problems at all, hence the 4/5 stars. We had ants in our apartment twice that were just crazy, and their response was "that sucks, but the people who spray for bugs don't come for another 4 days... maybe try Raid." Great Facilities The facilities are excellent. The gym is large with plenty of equipment, though the few times I've gone, the place is crowded. Each village in the complex has its own pool and laundry center, and there's a large pool next to the gym shared by all villages. Also, each village has a mail center to pick up mail. Any large packages are left at the gym and a slip is left in your mailbox telling you to come pick it up. Me and my luxury After living 30 years of my life with family this is turning out to be an odd experience for me. My own house with my personal gym and pool. Also I can spend some valuable moment with my spouse enjoying Happy Hours entertainment and popcorn with movies. I hope to live and enjoy this luxury before getting too old to stay at home. But I know age is not a barrier here.
Not Accommodating I have filled up an application , however to get the 8 weeks offer , they wanted someone to visit the apartment and they have very very restricted time slots which is Tuesday around 10:30 ,11:00 ,3:30 and 4:00 pm , it’s hard to send any of my friends to have a visit on a workday and it’s not possible for me to visit as I currently reside in California . I also tried to call them a 100 times . Once the call got connected however they are not responsive or useful . They could definitely do a better job. I jus... read more
