My boyfriend and I moved in about three weeks ago and so far the entire process has been very smooth. Kirsten gave us the initial tour and answered all of our questions prior to signing the contract. She was very responsive to emails and sent a detailed email with everything you need to do to complete the initial process. On move in day we worked with Hester and she was wonderful as well. I recently had the pleasure of renting an apartment at Riata Apartments, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. Community is beautiful and well maintained. We had a problem with our heater which Albert from maintenance was able to promptly assist with and on top of that had a very high level of customer care to ensure exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. Was even able to improve our water heater during the same visit. Very professional. Riata may be on the higher side of the rent scale but it so far has been a pleasant experience.

I've had a great experience with the leasing office. Kirsten was my main agent. She is communicative, kind, and responded to emails with lightning speed despite being super busy. I decided to switch units upon move-in. Kirsten and Hester made sure I got the perfect place and I love my apartment now. Hussein was such a wonderful help and super informative! I needed a leak in my A/C fixed, as well as my hot water heater adjusted. Hussein was very kind and respectful! He even took the time to fix a gash in the wood between the front doorknob and the doorframe, as a safety concern, which was not included on the maintenance ticket.
