Verified Renter So far so very good with my move to Riata. It is a lovely, well maintained community with beautiful landscaping and nice apartments. It is very serene, and close to major roads for an easy commute.

Verified Renter Management is quick to reply and is always kind and understanding (makes for a great/comforting experience as a resident). I love the lit paths that go by the pool and to the main leasing center (feels very welcoming at all times).

Verified Renter Although Riata is in Austin, you don't feel like you're in the city! The whole community is surrounded by trees and trails that I love to take my dog on! The village managers are great, and the amenities can't be beat. Trust me, I looked.
