Quiet, lots of trees, walking trails, lake. Management and Maintenance GREAT! Lived here almost 3 years. Our apartments has its own garage, connecting directly to our kitchen. We have our own front door and front porch. No scary hallways. Our patio is large, surrounded by trees. Very private. Riata is wooded, has lots of shaded walking trails, a beautiful lake connected to the trails, several swimming pools, outdoor grills next to our apartment, and multiple community amenities and activities. RIATA IS THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN AUSTIN***** RIATA HAS IT ALL!!! I have been a resident of this wonderful place since 2013, Riata is a beautiful community with plenty of trails and amenities, no matter your age you'll always find everything that you'd like to do here at RIATA, with nine pools, hundreds of grilling stations, two dog parks, a private lake, racquetball court, basketball court, volleyball court, dog station, a huge gym, etc, etc, etc!!! Riata Rockcreek I love the location of my apartment. If I look out of my dining room windows I can see deer in the trees. We are close to the main pool and fitness center. Our village managers are so helpful and do their best to help make our time comfortable. The amenities here are well worth the stay. My favorite part is our huge gym equipped with a suana. I love living at Riata!
Best community in Austin! So far its been a lovely experience for me with Riata and finding it hard to compare Riata with any other apartment community in Austin...these guys are just awesome. The management not only in the main leasing office, but in our community as well, have been charming, kind and on the ball. Maintenance has been performed in a timely manner and the maintenance staff has been really quite efficient and so very nice.
