Verified Renter Riata is still the best apartment community in Austin. To be truthful, if you didnt live here 10 years ago you missed out on a very special place with tons of awesome events and residents. Quite a few residents are still here because of the memories this place holds from past events and friends. Better enjoy Riata while it still is what it is because Riata corporate is stripping away its uniqueness and turning it into a cookie cutter version of wherever theyre from thats clearly not Austin (or TX).

Verified Renter I love my apartment, and I love this community. After separating from my husband, I needed somewhere my daughter and I could feel was home, and to help comfort us as we navigated our new normal. I'm so glad we made the decision to come to Riata! In fact, my daughter has asked multiple times if we can live here forever! I can only hope that financially we will be able to stay.

Verified Renter The staff works hard to make the community fresh and contemporary. They are constantly working to ensure the amenities provided meet the demands of the current residents. Staff is friendly and helpful across the board. It's a nice neighborhood to call home.

Verified Renter Riata has been a great place to live in Austin. It is such a refreshing place due to all the greenery and a great change of atmosphere from my job located downtown. The staff and maintenance are great, and my dog really loves the dog parks and all the walking paths.
