Verified Renter It's an attractive complex that largely meets my rather complicated needs. Just don't expect them to jump if you have regular maintenance issues.

Verified Renter Riata is a very big community covered with nature. Most of the stores are within 10-15 min. Amenities are well maintained.good place to live.

Verified Renter Again Community is nice, Quiet and peaceful community. The walking trails, lakes and trees in the surrounding area are beautiful and were what attracted me to the community. Neighbor's and support is really good. However Maintenance needs to be little more proactive in working on the issues

Verified Renter Riata is a great apartment complex with lots of outdoor walkways for those that have dogs, and great for runners. It also has a really nice gym, and not that far from the Domain.

Verified Renter The living experience has been good but a rental increase of 26% has been really a downside and for that reason I would not recommend Riata to any one else.
