I had an issue come up, so I emailed my contact Kristen Barrow, and she took care of my problem so efficiently and with lots of communication. I appreciate her making it very easy to make a claim and we have been so happy to have Kristen as our manager.

The heater in my hot tub was not working properly. I called Kristine B***** and told her my problem. She had the technicians come the same afternoon to fix the problem.When I call Kristine with a problem she is very friendly and very helpful and has the problem taken care of immediately. I just had the two-year anniversary of my hot tub. Hot springs vanguard. Absolutely no trouble. No problems. They're always calling and checking on me. Had a little small warranty issue. They replaced it with absolutely no hassle. Perfect experience
