"Not the worst or best " Overall: We used this because Ringcentral was a client and we got a good deal on it. I prefer using the phone system built into Hubspot directly.Pros: Ring central covers the basics and is an industry leader. It is very good with computer/mobile integrations as well as recording and tracking calls.Cons: Not the best service, on voip connections at times.
"The new call System " Overall: Its Amazing !Pros: I Like how On Ring Central you can also text , send fax , and video chat make meetings. It literally a cellphone on a computer screen ! Its really great ! makes commination so much easier !Cons: Sometimes when the updates happen they do tend to restart a little slower

"Great System" Overall: I can switch mid call from my computer to my cell phone seamlessly.Pros: It's just so easy to use. Adding your contact is a few clicks, transferring calls is easy, conferencing is easy as well. The video calls are great quality, everything just runs smoothly, i highly recommend getting RingCentral.Cons: I really don't have any complaints about RingCentral. It might be more expensive than their competitors but you get what you pay for.
