Person was able to help me lower my bill. When it came time to sign the papers they were not as they should have been and I declined. He then proceed to fix the paperwork to show prices we disused and that was signed. Soon after I was charged that same day for a charge on the declined form. Three emails to this person went unanswered. I finally had to call another agent for help in getting the charge removed.

My second onboarding person was better than the first (but in all fairness, the first guy was new). I like the model of RingCentral, but connection, especially the video connection needs some work.
Great customer services and tech support.
