"Not the worst or best " Overall: We used this because Ringcentral was a client and we got a good deal on it. I prefer using the phone system built into Hubspot directly.Pros: Ring central covers the basics and is an industry leader. It is very good with computer/mobile integrations as well as recording and tracking calls.Cons: Not the best service, on voip connections at times.
"The new call System " Overall: Its Amazing !Pros: I Like how On Ring Central you can also text , send fax , and video chat make meetings. It literally a cellphone on a computer screen ! Its really great ! makes commination so much easier !Cons: Sometimes when the updates happen they do tend to restart a little slower
"Outstanding " Overall: We use it for calling and efax as well. It has been marvelous can't complain about it.Pros: RingCentral is pretty easy to use and having to use it for Efax as well and our calls to be timestamped.Cons: There really isn't anything to complain about it since it has been great since I have been using it.

Customer support is helpfulCons: Not much in the negative side. Sometimes it does run slow but note sure if it's the program or internet connectivity

Me parecio bueno Pros: Me gusto su herramienta para monitorear las llamadas se ajusto a lo que buscaba. Cons: tube algunos problemas configurando la grabacion de llamadas pero es algo que se arregla configurandolo adecuadamente.
"Great System" Overall: I can switch mid call from my computer to my cell phone seamlessly.Pros: It's just so easy to use. Adding your contact is a few clicks, transferring calls is easy, conferencing is easy as well. The video calls are great quality, everything just runs smoothly, i highly recommend getting RingCentral.Cons: I really don't have any complaints about RingCentral. It might be more expensive than their competitors but you get what you pay for.
