Good system for customer contact center Pros: Many functions for you to manage the contact center info. Flexible and easy to set up and train user. Cons: it would be great if it could develop into CRM systems, so users no need to manage 2 systems to save time. Overall: Easy to manage contact center info.

Easy to get through you lead list love the automatic dialing Pros: I love that I can insert a lead list and call them way faster than I would on salesforce alone and it works directly with salesforce updating my lead list for me Cons: It doenst catch duplicates very well sometimes I will end up calling the same person twice in a day Overall: An ease to contact all my clients making productivity increase by almost triple!

Great idea, features are cool but definitely fundamental flaws Pros: Texting, having the app from computer to cell phone, create groups. There is more to do then you may think you need, until you start implementing them and realize how much more productive it is. Cons: Customer service is rough to say the least, it takes like 15 minutes just to validate the account and by then your already frustrated before you even address why you called. I use this in the recruiting department of a Trucking Company Pros: What I like most is that the real time reports that are available for everyone who uses it. It shows performance and productivity which is useful to gauge yourself throughout the day. Cons: What I like least about the software is the inability to handle multiple calls at once. I'm unable to put one on hold and answer another which can be very difficult in this line of work.

Easy to use Pros: I like the user friendly buttons and tools. Re-sending or forwarding a fax is very easy. The small window keeps it convenient to access on my cluttered workstation. Cons: I wish there was a reason or code for why a fax didn't go though. Even an old style fax would give you a code; whether it be busy or could not connect. Also, the cover pages should be easier to edit.

Ring Central Contact Center Review Pros: Awesome for small to large businesses - this contact portal has literally grown with our company and is a living-breathing document that is accessible to all of our staff! Seriously awesome! Cons: I have very little cons to say - granted I love everything Ring Central, but the biggest con is just the "ticket" system and having to rely on a reply from Customer Service when you have an issue.

Easy for call routing Pros: Many analytics on calls, and customer habits which permits to adapt and optimize funner of conversion Cons: I feel they are lacking a bit on features vs the other solutions on the market, but they have great cust serv.

so far it is a convenient way to receive fax Pros: what i like the most about this software is that it is an alternative in receiving files especially when my other means are unavailable Cons: what i like the least about this software is that it took longer to receive the files compare to other softwares. Overall: alternative in receiving files

We have been using Ringcentral for over ten years. We have multiple lines including a fax line. Pros: Ringcentral has been dependable with quality lines. We have calls coming and going all over the world and the calls sound very clear no matter what the weather at anyone's location. Cons: I really like everything except I think it is pricey. I like professional and quality products so I am willing to pay extra for the best. I use the fax feature a lot so I need the best product.
