Worst Customer Service ever Pros: Didn't even have a chance to use it because these people dropped the ball 5 times. Yes, 5 chances we gave them. Cons: I hate everything about this company at this point, Overall: We emailed them 4x about a demo and no one ever responded. I called and set one up and they no-showed. Not the easiest to use Pros: It does a good job replacing standard office phones. Cons: The video conference application is frustrating and can be tough to use. Overall: If the goal is to replace your standard office phones then RingCentral can do that, but it just isn't that practical if you then have to use another video conference and chat software.
RingCentral Review Pros: When using RingCentral it was easy to use and navigate. It did not make the user answer, it automatically answered for them. Cons: It kept dropping the calls that were coming in. Sometimes we could not hear the cust. We had to log out and in a lot, to stop the tech issues. Overall: My experience with RingCentral was frustrating. Could not reach quota with the calls that were dropped and not being able to hear. We only used it briefly. Too many tech issues.
Worst VOIP Provider Pros: Absolutely Nothing it is by far the most disapointing VOIP provider Cons: Impossible to install which they expect you to do by yourself. The sales dept made 3 appointments and no showed all 3 times. My inside support person is a a grouchy B---OTCH who wants to argue with me and tells me I am the only one every that has been unhappy. Not happy with RC. Pros: We used RingCentral for a few years and we were constantly experiencing issues. I suppose I liked that we were able to change our incoming ringtones. Cons: We really were unhappy with the RC support team. We were constantly reaching out and they always were letting us know that they were "escalating this to the next tier of support..." There are better options out there Pros: Despite all of the negative feedback I have for Ringcentral, the can be easy to use. It is easy easy to navigate through the website and find sent/unsent messages. Cons: The customer support is terrible. Our faxes were not sending and it took more than one week for someone to get in touch with me. Each fax sent decreases the amount of minutes were allocated per month, and I found that most of our faxes took 8-13+ mins each time. A fax should take 1 minute to send. Don't do a trial unless you want to sign up or spend 4 hours trying to cancel Pros: The software was well priced and we almost ended up going ahead with it, however, their support was horrible. Cons: I signed up for a 14 day free trial and worked out it was not our ideal solution and I've spent 4 hours in total to try and cancel my subscription will still no success. #1. Terrible Phone Quality Pros: I was considering changing our systems to this company but when they called the line quality was terrible and decided not to move forward. Cons: Quality of the call was poor. Staff called us immediately after we entered our information in their system and the quality was extremely poor.
