From a product perspective, we assessed multiple products before choosing RingCentral and found the platform the most comprehensive, feature rich, user friendly and secure yet modern.
Great product, receptive to customer feedback All RingCentral apps are extremely user-friendly - we've seen a large portion of our 1,200 users adopt RingCentral as advocates. The admin portal is easy to navigate for the most part - most recent updates cleared out a lot of the necessary pages/redirects which is good to see that they're still improving on user feedback! Customer Service is quite handy but a lot to work upon the data Initially, we were using the voyage line, which was quite itching; therefore, we updated to RingCentral, which was quite good at starting. Passing by the time, the number of callers increased in the organization, and we had more extensions. It has a great option for a mobile application which is quite useful. It allows to make the phone call from your mobile even though you haven't bought for incomings but for PCs, you'll have to purchase for outgoing for indivi... read more

A good product but some things can be streamlined with support & implementation We had heard a lot about this product and then took it. Overall a good product but support and implementation takes time. This can be refined a bit. The account team that we connected were good and helped us a lot. Their desktops & mobile apps are good and with user friendly interface.

Not the best, but it is good There are some missing points that Ringcentral should include. One is they do not provide auto recording of the call. I use it from past 6-8 months, its working fine but sometimes it gets hanged. Its not because of internet connectivity, but it gets hang due to high data storage. Else everything is good. You can call or can video call in any corner of the world. Its easy to use but somehow it is little complicated sometimes.
