    New app sucks bad Pros: The old app was perfect I had all types of problems with the new app especially when a new all comes in Cons: New app lots of static, dropped calls, no customer service to help with problems Overall: Over all old app 9 new app is a 2.

    There are better options out there Pros: Despite all of the negative feedback I have for Ringcentral, the can be easy to use. It is easy easy to navigate through the website and find sent/unsent messages. Cons: The customer support is terrible. Our faxes were not sending and it took more than one week for someone to get in touch with me. Each fax sent decreases the amount of minutes were allocated per month, and I found that most of our faxes took 8-13+ mins each time. A fax should take 1 minute to send.     Don't do a trial unless you want to sign up or spend 4 hours trying to cancel Pros: The software was well priced and we almost ended up going ahead with it, however, their support was horrible. Cons: I signed up for a 14 day free trial and worked out it was not our ideal solution and I've spent 4 hours in total to try and cancel my subscription will still no success. #1.     Terrible Phone Quality Pros: I was considering changing our systems to this company but when they called the line quality was terrible and decided not to move forward. Cons: Quality of the call was poor. Staff called us immediately after we entered our information in their system and the quality was extremely poor.

    Just horrible Pros: Find a better solution, you might regret signing up for this at the moment you want to cancel or to properly use it. Cons: They make it almost impossible for you to cancel, you have to call several times, not available to cancel via chat or any other way, just calling, holding, waiting, I am still waiting and I already requested cancellation via chat awhile ago, of course they did not do it Overall: Just frustrating, confusing apps, pages, services, nothing is clear.

    If you value data, stay away Pros: It was a relatively easy implementation process, ease of use is fairly high and the UI is easy enough to navigate Cons: For the uses of a "call-center," there is not enough actionable data to do coach agents. When prompted to see if they had any intent on making more data available or a way to grab that data, in any format, I was told that it was not available and that I could "add it to their recommendations".     VoIP Void of Value Pros: The biggest pro for this software is that VoIP really eliminates any kind of worry about the power going out, or being tied to a desk in order to do your work/take your calls. The other nice thing is that this suite of products via the VoIP service provides you with a phone number to utilize for work purposes (yes, even texting!) - which means no giving out your personal phone number for candidates and clients to utilize!     No way to easily cancel Pros: The international rates are decent. But with Google Business voice don't need it anymore. Cons: Won't let me cancel service via chat or email or online. Calling in the only option. Currently I"m in que and the wait time on just to cancel is 29 minutes!!

    A Buggy Phone System, and an Unethical Company Pros: It works sometimes. 90% of the calls make it to me and I'm able to pick them up and speak to the person on the other end. Sometimes they hear me clearly other times they are not able to understand me. Cons: A phone system that is buggy, drops on customers and is not built for any serious company with real customers.
