Unified Communications made easier The tools and integration for RingCentral is much easier than other products on the market. RingCentral also helped with every aspect when we needed to find solutions.
Bumpy start but going strong now We had a rocky start with RC, but since then it's been an excellent implementation! We had some issues during implementation but since then we have expanded and are looking to expand RC/INcontact to our Dublin call center.

After learning the ins and outs, very satisfied with the system and the provided service We had a few bumps in the rollout, but that was driven by external factors and not the vendor. I've been quite happy with the quality of service and responsiveness of my CSM & standard contacts. Product is very cost effective compared to the solutions it replaced.

Ringcentral Review Ringcentral takes the place of your typical desk office phone. While I have experienced a few issues with receiving calls, Ringcentral is awesome for receiving calls directly to your computer.
Positive Experience Awesome support and customer engagement. With a rocky start, we have now been assigned an internal Technical Account Manager, Abigail Bearden and a new Success Manager, Joe Brummitt. These two have been integral to our recent successful adaptation of the multiple RC products that we have purchased.
Love the simplicity of RingCentral and quality of service I love using the softphone option as I travel alot and having the ability to answer my phone calls are key. The new RingCentral app is great with and all in 1 solution. Having the ability to quickly IM my co workers when problems arise is great! I do wish that the billing was easier to manage.
Great Partner - Has Some Growing Pains But Glad We Made The Investment RingCentral helped us to deploy a global UCaaS solution domestically and to most of our global offices; some international offices are still a challenge due to government regulations (e.g. China & Dubai). They still have some warts from growing pains as they grow rapidly, but they have worked very hard to provide a great partnership in solving challenges.
