Implementation went very smooth working with their Professional Services RingCentral is a great product. Their professional services team was a pleasure to work with. We rolled out RingCentral to over 1000 users in 4 countries in less than 6 months. Overall, I would say we are very happy about the decision to go all in with RingCentral.
Ringcentral is the best choice for Unified Communications hand down. The cost is far better as a company transitioning from 200 users to 2500. The transition is completely outsourced without error or break in operations and the telephony service returns a very high IT happiness score from our employees in availability, flexibility and innovation.

RingCental is user friendly It has been user friendly and people love the soft phone. The app isn't as user friendly but it works well.

FULL FEATURED VOIP SOLUTION THAT HITS ON ALL EXCEPT THE MOBILE APPLICATION Ring Central is a full featured VOIP solution for business. It has all the great features like voicemail, HD calling, softphone, mobile client, e-faxing as well as the desktop handset.
