Ring Central - Simple. Works. Voice quality of conference calls are clear - as good or better than land lines. End user software installation is extremely simple. Simple to use.
RingEX Review Clinic-wide, we've been having issues with MAX (My Agent eXperience) for weeks. Unpredictably, we will be kicked out of the system and off of a phone call and unable to log back in. This is especially problematic when there is only one nurse on the phone who then cannot get logged back it to answer patient phone calls.
Inconsistent Customer Service Response Times Lead to Delayed Issue Resolutions For the most part the service works great but when something goes wrong it can take quite a while to get it fixed.
Unresolved Issue Hampers Client Communications on RingCentral RingCentral had such promise when we first moved to them. Phone, text, fax, chat, video calls galore. But over time, they moved away from RingCentral meetings, a white label product, to RingCentral video, which constantly has issues with audio and video quality, making meetings almost impossible. RingCentral: Analysing Call Quality and App Functionality RingCentral delivers what it is supposed to deliver but there are issues with call quality that are frustrating at times. The app is a bit frustrating at times too.
