Ring Central review Pros: The beautiful user interface and how friendly it is to use. Also, the functionalities that it has for all type UCS. Cons: The support sometimes was unresponsive and they lack expertise on some areas. And that they kind of have separate Call Center solution from the UC side. Overall: The overall experience was really good. I would love to see how they will keep improving.
Ring is amazing! Pros: Cheap and easy to use. System is very automated and runs itself. Cons: They could probably ask more money for the software. It is so great and amazing. Overall: Overall, I’ve had a great time with ring central MVP.
Operate your call center with ease! Pros: Our real estate team has an overseas team for making calls and this keeps everything accountable and simple. It makes it transparent who has been communicated with, the jobs completed, and the central number for our team office is kept available. Cons: I think the price point is higher than competitors. Overall: Overall, this software is must for our day to day. It makes our team organized and flawlessly coordinated with clients. It is streamlined and easy to implement.
Works well for communication. Pros: The ability to have phone and texting lines that was not my personal line. Cons: Settings didn't seem to always save and the video calling was very subpar to Zoom or Teams.
Ring Central integration into Teams Pros: Ringcentral has been excellent in providing a backbone to our MS Teams and SIP calling system. RingCentral is easy to setup and cost effective which has allowed us to deploy it easily across the org with users noticing minimal difference from the previous system. International communication made easy Pros: What I like the most about this software is that enables me to make international calls in a very affordable price and keep track of my communications in a very organized way while also integrating with other platforms smoothly, like Salesforce. Cons: That it can sometimes glitch and crash with some servers.
The best way to use phone if you work remote Pros: I am working remotely and been hsing RingCentral for over 2 years. I am located in Europe and I am using the US number without any issues. Cons: Nothing that I can think of. Easy to use.
Ring Central for our Firm Pros: Easy to manage portal in order to edit call flow. When we move people around we can easily edit options Cons: When calling for customer service sometimes I’m tranferered and also when authenticated it takes a few times Overall: Overall it’s been good. All the calls go to the right people and when those people aren’t available it follows the next person on the list.
