    "Best Ever Calling App Available in the Market" Overall: Overall, I would say, my experience is very good in using of Ringcentral.     "Almost great " Overall: 8 out of 10- i like its uses but dislike the trouble with the freezing my phonePros: I work remotely and its great to provide an avenue for clients to call and for me to call clients from my personal phone but through the app so that it does not give my personal numberCons: for the first few months there seemed to be issues with it freezing my cell phone occasionally so i would have to uninstall and reinstall.

    "Very user-friendly" Pros: Product is very easy to use for helpline call management. The webinar function is also very helpful.Cons: Overall it's great, voicemail text identification would be even better.

    "Ring Central user" Pros: It was a huge transition for our agency going from a desk system to a cloud system. It was successful. I appreciate the convenience of being able to take calls from anywhere.Cons: I have seen the beta version. I am not sure I am going to like it.

    "Decent Centralized Communications Service" Overall: It was alright. There were a few bugs with notifications not appearing across platform, but otherwise calls were clear and didn't drop.Pros: Their customer service is alright, and they are versatile platform for calling services. Their calling features are alright, but they are on the pricy side compared to other services. You are able to take calls on both desktop and on a cell phone, so it mitigates the need for a business cell plan and transfers all call services online... read more

    "Review for ring central" Pros: Being able to create instant task within the members and track the time frame between them for the proper management.Cons: Slow feature and bad ui in both the mobile and desktop application.

    "Reliable phone service" Overall: Overall it is good. Will randomly get messages that we want to add lines to our plan when we did not initiate that request. Not sure if they keep getting our account mixed up with another company. Dedicated service rep has limited capabilities and acts mostly as a 3rd party with support. Wish they had more ability.Pros: Ring Central is easy to set up and run.
