Reliable unified communications solution for business The sales and contracting experience felt a bit rushed. Since we are a smaller 300-ish user organization, the sales representative didn't really give us the personal touch to allow us to negotiate. We essentially received a boilerplate contract without fully understanding the "additional fees" which we only learned about when we received the first invoices. Good UCAAS solution that allows flexibility in the Changing Remote User World Was a great replacement of UCAAS solution we used previously. It created a fixed cost for services that replaced a solution that was not reliable and required more overhead. Administration access is delegated for locations and that allows more convenience for the Help Desk team to manage services

A very good product with great flexibility Ring Central is a great collaboration and communication tool. It is cloud based and secured video and communication product.
RingCentral is a must! RingCentral makes working from home manageable in one app. It allows my Outlook calendar to link my appointments and provides me with video, text, phone, and internal messaging. I get alerts if I have a direct message and do not have to memorize a password to check voicemails or open record just to read a text message.
