Ring Central Pros: The ease of teaching yourself how to use it, customer service is great as well. Highly recommend! Cons: I don't like that you can't save text messages from and to clients to save in the file when we close a file. Overall: Pretty good, customer service has been pretty good as well.
The ability to answer calls anywhere Pros: The best feature on RingCentral is the text message-like feature. Loan Officers can send automated text messages to clients informating them about their loan. The messages would inform the clients when their loan reached a milestone. Cons: RingCentral only gives 2 options; clients can leave a voicemail or stay on hold. This is not the most efficient, especially when clients want quick prompt service. Scoot over, ZOOM! Pros: How we can easily connect with clients and each other. Multiple uses make it super essential. Cons: Sometimes, it does buffer and needs frequent updates.

An easy Phone system Pros: I like the ease of making outbound calls. Cons: No issues with use currently, only used to do outbound calls.
Sufficient, but some things are tricky Pros: I like that there's a portal and an app. Certain functionalities are easy to use. Fairly cost effective. Cons: There are issues with VoIP sometimes. Ultimately my least favorite thing about RingCentral is changing/updating voicemails, messaging, prompting to for each different line because there are multiple places you have to go to make changes. Ring Central is a solid small business phone service Pros: We used Ring Central for about a year and it was always pretty good. I really liked the mobile app because it allowed us to work remotely and not have to pay for phone service at our employees homes. Cons: The phone service only ever had a problem when the internet went down on our office or in my neighborhood. Ring Central was great, the internet was not reliable enough. Great For Small Businesses Pros: A great alternative to having to get a traditional phone line for your small business. Very user friendly app and I like that my whole team can access it from all of our devices no matter where we are. I also love the feature that it transcribes all of our voicemails for easy access. Cons: We would love to see more features preventing spam callers as we sometimes get multple per business day. Overall: Easy to navigate, and I like that it's an app that the whole team can access and use.
