Please try to add better tones in the next updates Overall: It's been an amazing journey working on it, and it played a very important role in the growth of our customer support services.

Cool tool for making calls in Recruiting! Pros: The product is definitely easy to use. User-friendly, indeed! I like the call recording feature a lot because of the quality of the result it gives. Cons: From my experience, there were times that it was not opening and functioning well that I had to restart my computer. Overall: My overall experience was great. I will keep on using this software/tool for making calls (this is very helpful in recruiting people I swear!).
A standard online meeting software nothing more. Pros: What I like the most about Ring Central is how simple it is to use and the features it has available. Cons: What I like the least about this software is how none of the features it offers can't be found elsewhere. It's an average online video calling software and has no distinguishing features.

RinCentral is an MVP for Small Businesses Pros: Having a phone infrastructure is essential to a small business. If your customers can't reach you, then you are dead in the water. RingCentral allows you to manage a phone system and ensure that your customers can always reach you and feel served. Even if your in a different country as long a you have an internet connection, nothing can stop Ring Central.
