The best way to use phone if you work remote Pros: I am working remotely and been hsing RingCentral for over 2 years. I am located in Europe and I am using the US number without any issues. Cons: Nothing that I can think of. Easy to use.
Ring Central for our Firm Pros: Easy to manage portal in order to edit call flow. When we move people around we can easily edit options Cons: When calling for customer service sometimes I’m tranferered and also when authenticated it takes a few times Overall: Overall it’s been good. All the calls go to the right people and when those people aren’t available it follows the next person on the list.
Functional option Pros: Ring Central is an option for meeting calls. Cons: It can stall when connecting a call but with will indeed connect.
Conclusion after 2 years of usage Pros: Ring central is very good calling software with all the basic features required to run a call support Cons: Ringtones are annoying. Please try to add better tones in the next updates Overall: It's been an amazing journey working on it, and it played a very important role in the growth of our customer support services.
RingCentral is Great! Pros: Easy to use and learn how to use and navigate all the features! Cons: Sometimes the app will crash from time to time.
Cool tool for making calls in Recruiting! Pros: The product is definitely easy to use. User-friendly, indeed! I like the call recording feature a lot because of the quality of the result it gives. Cons: From my experience, there were times that it was not opening and functioning well that I had to restart my computer. Overall: My overall experience was great. I will keep on using this software/tool for making calls (this is very helpful in recruiting people I swear!).
A standard online meeting software nothing more. Pros: What I like the most about Ring Central is how simple it is to use and the features it has available. Cons: What I like the least about this software is how none of the features it offers can't be found elsewhere. It's an average online video calling software and has no distinguishing features.

RingCentral MVP User review Pros: I like the instant messaging and file sharing feature that allows me to properly communicate with my customers especially when I'm doing some troubleshooting. Cons: Call quality may not be the greatest. There are times that there's is a lag or an echo and it directly affects customer satisfaction Overall: I like that RingCentral MVP combines all our communication tools in one easy to use platform.
