A recruiters dream! Pros: I love RingCentral as it allows me, as a recruiter, to have a separate number for calls and texts when reaching out to applicants. Previously was using my personal cell number which led to my phone constantly ringing. RingCentral has privatized my ability to recruit effectively. Cons: From time to time, RingCentral will have a delay with my texts sent and received.

Reliable phone service Pros: Ring Central is easy to set up and run. Very user friendly and easy to train employees on. Cons: SMS was limited and plans were either not enough or way too much and were not cost effective for us. Overall: Overall it is good. Their calling features are alright, but they are on the pricy side compared to other services. Ring Central user Pros: It was a huge transition for our agency going from a desk system to a cloud system. It was successful. I appreciate the convenience of being able to take calls from anywhere. Cons: I have seen the beta version. I am not sure I am going to like it.
