RingC Pros: we can see and talk to the pt without having to call them Cons: it does go down from time to time but comes back fast
Reliable phone service Pros: Ring Central is easy to set up and run. Very user friendly and easy to train employees on. Cons: SMS was limited and plans were either not enough or way too much and were not cost effective for us. Overall: Overall it is good. Will randomly get messages that we want to add lines to our plan when we did not initiate that request. Not sure if they keep getting our account mixed up with another company. Decent Centralized Communications Service Pros: Their customer service is alright, and they are versatile platform for calling services. Their calling features are alright, but they are on the pricy side compared to other services. You are able to take calls on both desktop and on a cell phone, so it mitigates the need for a business cell plan and transfers all call services online. Ring Central user Pros: It was a huge transition for our agency going from a desk system to a cloud system. It was successful. I appreciate the convenience of being able to take calls from anywhere. Cons: I have seen the beta version. I am not sure I am going to like it.
Best Ever Calling App Available in the Market Pros: We can easily all the communication processes from one app including texting, calling, video calling, meeting etc. We can also track our organization work like number of calls, recording, quality etc. Cons: I think, as of now, everything is good. Almost great Pros: I work remotely and its great to provide an avenue for clients to call and for me to call clients from my personal phone but through the app so that it does not give my personal number Cons: for the first few months there seemed to be issues with it freezing my cell phone occasionally so i would have to uninstall and reinstall. Overall: 8 out of 10- i like its uses but dislike the trouble with the freezing my phone

RingCentral Pros: Very easy and helpful. We use everyday at work. You can install the program at your pc/mac and answer/send the text messages through it. Check all calls/text historic. Also has the mobile option when you can switch the calls to your phone, so even when you are not in the office, you still able to get that call. Cons: I don't think there's anything missing right now in this software. Really helpful as is to me Overall: Very good
Ring Central as a leading provider for UCaaS solutions Pros: RC is a well know and trusted software brand. Their software is easy to use, setup, customize and deploy. Cons: I have nothing to not like about this software except I certainly think the look and feel of the actual desktop application can be improved. Overall: RC is a great software especially for companies that prioritize internal collaboration as much as external with customers.
