Very user-friendly Pros: Product is very easy to use for helpline call management. The webinar function is also very helpful. Cons: Overall it's great, voicemail text identification would be even better.

Reliable phone service Pros: Ring Central is easy to set up and run. Very user friendly and easy to train employees on. Cons: SMS was limited and plans were either not enough or way too much and were not cost effective for us. Overall: Overall it is good. Decent Centralized Communications Service Pros: Their customer service is alright, and they are versatile platform for calling services. Their calling features are alright, but they are on the pricy side compared to other services. You are able to take calls on both desktop and on a cell phone, so it mitigates the need for a business cell plan and transfers all call services online. Ring Central user Pros: It was a huge transition for our agency going from a desk system to a cloud system. It was successful. I appreciate the convenience of being able to take calls from anywhere. Cons: I have seen the beta version. I am not sure I am going to like it.

Almost great Pros: I work remotely and its great to provide an avenue for clients to call and for me to call clients from my personal phone but through the app so that it does not give my personal number Cons: for the first few months there seemed to be issues with it freezing my cell phone occasionally so i would have to uninstall and reinstall. Overall: 8 out of 10- i like its uses but dislike the trouble with the freezing my phone
