A Great VOIP Option for Businesses Pros: It was great to have all of our buildings on the same system! We had previously been working with two systems. Cons: It was easy to understand as a trainer, but the learning curve for some of the users was bigger. Many needed in-person training. Overall: Overall, it is a very easy system to implement for a business!

The UI looks very cool Cons: Experiencing some glitches whenever they are updating the app. Joining meetings with huge number of participants can be a challenge sometimes Overall: Overall, RingCentral MVP is a reliable app. The functionality of Ring Central seems good as well. It has its flaws, but it is one of the apps that I trusted when it comes to cloud communications.
RingCentral Pros: The App is easy to navigate. All information is easily accessible. Reporting analytics regarding incoming calls is easy. Cons: No real downside to this software. You can forward the line to ring a cell phone in case you are not in office. Overall: We use this software to record all incoming and outbound calls. The app is easy to navigate and provides a pleasant user experience.

Good soft phone Pros: We use ringcentral as a soft phone for our company, mostly to receive calls from different parts of the worlds. All the calls are rerouted to the same number for sales and technical support which makes it extremely convenient. Their app allows to access on the go as well. Cons: We cannot place calls, we can only receive them because their cost for international calls is too expensive.
Easy to use Pros: I like that you are able to call international numbers without a problem. Also the interface is really easy to use, you don't need any kind of previous training to use it. Cons: I don't like that when you answer the phone and it shows on the top of the app it hides the name of the person that is calling, you can see it before your answer but not once you are talking to the person. ring central great company Pros: the set up was a breeze and the system is very user friendly. I love that i have the ability to turn on and off our phones from anywhere! Cons: when you have something new integrated into the office there is always a learning curve, so i would say it went as smooth as possible. price always could be cheaper
Easy to Deploy Cloud Solution Pros: I found the deployment to be the easiest and the portal was also easy to use. the website had clear instructions and implementation and how to use was easy to follow. The software meets our business needs. Cons: one feature that we used called "Hot Desking" was a lot easier to use and configure on our old system but this was not a game changer.
