RingCentral Makes Calling/Texting Easy! Pros: I really like the ability to have a phone number that employees can contact me on, that comes to my phone, but isn't my personal information. Cons: I haven't come across anything that I dislike during my time using RingCentral. It makes my life so much easier, it's hard to complain. Overall: I really love this product.
Ring Central is a friendly user Pros: I like the business phone features; it can make calls, access voice messages, and send text messages and faxes. Who wouldn't want it? Cons: None. I couldn't think of any. I am surprised that software updates are not required. Overall: Ring Central is easy to use and manage.
10/10 Recommend!! Pros: The fact you can call, text, video, and fax all in one place is incredibly. RingCentral is so easy to use. I love that you can use to the APP literally anywhere. Cons: There's nothing to dislike. its easy, convenient and user-friendly. Overall: 10/10 recommend to all businesses, looking for an easy way to communicate within the business and outside the business.

Program very easy to use at a very accessible price, I love it. Pros: RingCentral MVP combines all of the fundamental requirements for effective communication into a single program that runs on your own computer. Within a single interface, I am able to monitor and respond to incoming phone calls, text messages, faxes, and instantaneous messages from other users. Worth the money Pros: Not expensive at all. Very easy to set up and navigate through the software. Cons: So far I couldn't find anything negative about this software
Top-Notch Telephony Solution Pros: A very compact user interface, easy to use and no bugs, seamless CRM integration Cons: Didn't have direct integration with Pipedrive CRM, so we needed to use API. Overall: The price was a bit much for a small team, we ended up not using it for the long run, but the free trial was enough to see that this is a top-notch solution. No wonder they are one of the biggest.
Ring runs my business Pros: Love the ring app for setting up conference calls and video calls. Click the + button, select options, and go. My "business phone" is under desk and forwards to my cell phone. Using the Ring app on computer is great. Cons: If you don't have the app, can give other people issues connecting quickly. This would be the same issue with any competitive product as well. Overall: So far been liking the experience. Never had and issue, so business as normal. Normal is good!
Easy Pros: I like that we're can track our time on ring central. It's easy to use and install. Cons: Sometimes it will log out or hang up and I have to start it again.
