Ringcentral quick review Pros: That it was all about just 1 click, the info about a person I needed to call about selling stuff was already automatically input in the software. Cons: The price was a bit too high and you could only use the softphone per 2 persons, so literally not the whole team, eh. Overall: It came handy with cold calling I did for Refferrizer last year, a little buggy but good experience.
Stay connected anywhere Pros: For an office on the go, distance work, and remote office a must have tool in your daily work. You always be connected to your customers, colleges and people you need in your daily routine work. Cons: Internet connection must be very good and if you use it in other country (for example on business trip) you must have a good VPN to be connected. RingCentral Makes Calling/Texting Easy! Pros: I really like the ability to have a phone number that employees can contact me on, that comes to my phone, but isn't my personal information. Cons: I haven't come across anything that I dislike during my time using RingCentral. It makes my life so much easier, it's hard to complain. Overall: I really love this product.
Ring Central is a friendly user Pros: I like the business phone features; it can make calls, access voice messages, and send text messages and faxes. Who wouldn't want it? Cons: None. I couldn't think of any. I am surprised that software updates are not required. Overall: Ring Central is easy to use and manage.

Program very easy to use at a very accessible price, I love it. Pros: RingCentral MVP combines all of the fundamental requirements for effective communication into a single program that runs on your own computer. Worth the money Pros: Not expensive at all. Very easy to set up and navigate through the software. Cons: So far I couldn't find anything negative about this software
Top-Notch Telephony Solution Pros: A very compact user interface, easy to use and no bugs, seamless CRM integration Cons: Didn't have direct integration with Pipedrive CRM, so we needed to use API. Overall: The price was a bit much for a small team, we ended up not using it for the long run, but the free trial was enough to see that this is a top-notch solution. No wonder they are one of the biggest.
