However the product is excellent, and the knowledge base is extensive. Would like if the customer success advocates had deeper knowledge and proposed solutions.

Easy office phone system that is up-to-date with the current needs of the community! For the most part, the system has been great with all the features. I personally really like the texting feature on the app and the voicemail transfer to writing so you can read the voicemail. We have has issues with meetings on ring central, however.

The overall support and experience are lacking in customer service and support. Lack of communication and transparency with committed customers. Removing features that are useful without communication has been critical for our organization.
