"Ring Central review" Overall: The overall experience was really good. I would love to see how they will keep improving.Pros: The beautiful user interface and how friendly it is to use. Also, the functionalities that it has for all type UCS.Cons: The support sometimes was unresponsive and they lack expertise on some areas. And that they kind of have separate Call Center solution from the UC side.

"Works well for communication. " Pros: The ability to have phone and texting lines that was not my personal line.Cons: Settings didn't seem to always save and the video calling was very subpar to Zoom or Teams.
