Overall: 10/10 recommend to all businesses, looking for an easy way to communicate within the business and outside the business.Pros: The fact you can call, text, video, and fax all in one place is incredibly. RingCentral is so easy to use. I love that you can use to the APP literally anywhere.Cons: There's nothing to dislike. its easy, convenient and user-friendly.

"Program very easy to use at a very accessible price, I love it." Overall: RingCentral has integrated numerous modes of communication into a single app, each of which may be seen individually or together on a dashboard. The dashboard, in general, has been of great use to us in the conduct of our day-to-day business. "Top-Notch Telephony Solution" Overall: The price was a bit much for a small team, we ended up not using it for the long run, but the free trial was enough to see that this is a top-notch solution. No wonder they are one of the biggest.Pros: A very compact user interface, easy to use and no bugs, seamless CRM integrationCons: Didn't have direct integration with Pipedrive CRM, so we needed to use API.
"Worth the money " Pros: Not expensive at all. Very easy to set up and navigate through the software.Cons: So far I couldn't find anything negative about this software
"Ring runs my business" Overall: So far been liking the experience. Never had and issue, so business as normal. Normal is good!Pros: Love the ring app for setting up conference calls and video calls. Click the + button, select options, and go. My "business phone" is under desk and forwards to my cell phone. Using the Ring app on computer is great.Cons: If you don't have the app, can give other people issues connecting quickly. This would be the same issue with any competitive product as well.
"Easy" Pros: I like that we're can track our time on ring central. It's easy to use and install.Cons: Sometimes it will log out or hang up and I have to start it again.
"Reliable telecom + more" Pros: Reliable telecom product and so much more significant for its value and featuresCons: no issues easy to use across the country and helps keep everyone connected
"Good value for the price" Overall: It was definitely user friendly and a good price for what services we were getting.Pros: Ring Central was very easy to setup and use. It was easy to integrate with several other tools including PipeDrive.Cons: It would randomly fail and wouldn't work for several hours. I did reach out to their customer service, but they were not able to let me know exactly why.
