    Pretty good... Pros: RingCentral was one of the OG softphones. What has been released works, and they don't release new features until they work (unlike some other providers). The app is robust and feature-rich. The service is reliable and pretty much foolproof on wifi. The search feature within the app is amazing... literally indexes everything.     Good, if not slightly outdated, option Pros: I enjoy how easy it is to start using the software, especially if you're already experienced with other video conferencing systems. It feels a bit outdated to me, and I do prefer the interface and functionality of competitors a bit more, but overall, RingCentral MVP is a solid pick.     Ring Central Pros: I like that I can see my voicemails, faxes, etc all in one place Cons: I've had problems with it freezing and not working correctly

    Streamlined Communication and Stellar Service Pros: We used the optional onboarding PM for our deployment to free up time with our IT Department and it was well worth the investment. This allowed us for a seamless go-live deployment! Cons: While the admin user interface is nice looking, it can be a little daunting at first because configurations can be done many ways.     Trusted solution for Chat & Telephony Pros: Decent cloud solution and straight forward in deployment. Cons: If you are emphasizing on Video calls then I would recommend Teams or Zoom One.

    A little tricky sometimes but overall great system! Pros: The set up was pretty easy overall and being able to assign phones for home use on the fly was imperative during the pandemic. The call forwarding system is amazing and very reliable. Cons: Have had a few hiccups with some of the handsets not working correctly and "park"s getting stuck but customer service has always been very responsive to our issues.     Overall works really well but they WILL NOT STOP PESTERING for reviews/feedback Pros: Features and functionality is great. Very extensive and works reliably. Apps are available for desktop, mobile, and tablet that all work pretty well (once you get past the takeover-popups) Cons: $3 Overall: Their platform is solid. The features are extensive.     Ring Central Pros: The ease of teaching yourself how to use it, customer service is great as well. Highly recommend! Cons: I don't like that you can't save text messages from and to clients to save in the file when we close a file. Overall: Pretty good, customer service has been pretty good as well.

    The ability to answer calls anywhere Pros: The best feature on RingCentral is the text message-like feature. Loan Officers can send automated text messages to clients informating them about their loan. The messages would inform the clients when their loan reached a milestone. Cons: RingCentral only gives 2 options; clients can leave a voicemail or stay on hold. This is not the most efficient, especially when clients want quick prompt service.
