Almost great Pros: I work remotely and its great to provide an avenue for clients to call and for me to call clients from my personal phone but through the app so that it does not give my personal number Cons: for the first few months there seemed to be issues with it freezing my cell phone occasionally so i would have to uninstall and reinstall. Overall: 8 out of 10- i like its uses but dislike the trouble with the freezing my phone
Communication Management Pros: Great way to collaborate with my teammates. Cons: There's nothing I dislike about the App.
RingCentral Pros: Very easy and helpful. We use everyday at work. You can install the program at your pc/mac and answer/send the text messages through it. Check all calls/text historic. Also has the mobile option when you can switch the calls to your phone, so even when you are not in the office, you still able to get that call. Cons: I don't think there's anything missing right now in this software. Really helpful as is to me Overall: Very good
Ring Central as a leading provider for UCaaS solutions Pros: RC is a well know and trusted software brand. Their software is easy to use, setup, customize and deploy. Cons: I have nothing to not like about this software except I certainly think the look and feel of the actual desktop application can be improved. Overall: RC is a great software especially for companies that prioritize internal collaboration as much as external with customers.
RingCentral MVP is the Best Pros: Ring Central is very easy to use. I could make phone calls anytime and you can set up extensions for your employees. I can send pictures and documents with this app. I can also set up and schedule meetings. I also loved the fact that there is a mobile version so I can have my business phone on the go. Cons: My only issue would be that sometimes the calls wouldn't show up in real time on mobile. I would only get a missed call notification at times. Meetings made easy Pros: What I love most about this product is its reliability. I've never experienced any lagging everytime I login which is very helpful especially when I need to hurriedly get signed in. Cons: No problem at all, the only thing is sometimes my teammates forgot their passwords and unable to login which may affect teams productivity.
Ring Central survey Pros: I like that it is user friendly and easy to navigate Cons: Making international calls are not completed
Phone System Pros: I like having the system where you can get your phones call on your cell, computer and or desk phone. Cons: It is a little hard to find where somethings are and which notifications to have on and off and when you need to set them. Overall: It is a system that works pretty well.
Great Product Pros: I like that the software is user friendly and easy to implement. The implementation team is great. Cons: The performance report takes an hour to update so I am not able to report in real time. Most of the help links are inactive or not up to date. Overall: My overall experience is great.
