Great producr, just like Zoom Pros: Easy just like zoom it’s direct competitor . I was able to have as many people in my room even with the free plan. Cons: Not much. It worked exactly as I expected it to.
Ring Central Worth it! Pros: It's versatility. It can be used to call out, receive inbound calls, host video calls, and record all of the above. Cons: Not always the most intuitive. For example, how you change your video background leaves a lot to be desired. Overall: Overall experience has been great. It's reliable and functional. Well worth it.
Expensive, but Good Pros: This is an industry standard, and works very well for what we use it for. We only use the calling features at the moment, but that works great for us. Cons: We get too many calls from new account reps trying to sell us on an upgraded plan or new features. I've explained that we're not interested, but they keep calling.
WFH Approved Pros: It's easy to use, it has all the features we need to be productive on a daily basis and very smooth. Cons: More background on video meetings. We enjoy this a lot. Overall: 10/10 this is a perfect tool for a small or big group of people. Its a worry free if you get this.
Satisfactory, not extraordinary Pros: RingCentral is an audio/video conferencing meeting system. It does a decent job of setting up, join meetings, and capture recordings. If you understand how this works, it's very easy to get on with the system. Cons: While RingCentral works most of the time, not without challenges and especially during the initial days. The interface somewhat looks cluttery and could've been more intuitive. Overall: I will call my experience satisfactory experience but not extraordinary mainly because of ... read more
Feature packed product but service is lacking if something goes wrong! Pros: I love the features, and the excellent design. The platform is very easy to use. Cons: The support is little to none when something goes wrong. Salespeople give you much attention but account managers pay you no attention once signed up... Overall: They have the best offerings and are the most reliable service. Just lock you accounts with a separate vPN and make sure you never need their support!
Bib Pros: Cool concept of viewing in this form. I love the hand on experience Cons: Nothing at all. I love it just the way it is for now.
RingCentral for Daily Business Use Pros: I like how you can use it for overall communications means. From calling to team meetings/video meetings. I like how you can access it through any mobile device and also how when there are any issues or bugs in the system, the technical support personnel continuously follow up to ensure your issue is resolved. Cons: The Chrome extension can be a bit buggy and tends to need restarting or redownloading every now and then. Overall: I'm very satisfied overall. I have been using it with my... read more
Basic all-in-one system Pros: RingCentral manages your audio and visual calls, texts, and faxes all in one place, and it's handy for that. Cons: Asking for mouse control on a screenshare is difficult, which was a feature we used a lot. Their online user guide is difficult to use.
