Feedback for Ringcentral app. Overall the Ringcentral tool is a good communication app which provides a robust platform for meeting the needs for all communication services within the organisation and outside. The latest integration of all the standalone Ringcentral apps into a single platform has made it more user-friendly and increased the relevance vis-a-vis the other competitor apps. Ring Central Needs Overall i find the ring central app to be very easy to use and will continue using
Interface is Easy to Navigate and Utilize Interface is user-friendly and the phone pop-up window is easy to navigate. Transferring calls was tricky, so I looked up how to use it on RC's FAQ resource, which was also easy to navigate. The instructions on how to transfer calls were easy to follow and implement.
Perfect for home office and internationally based bussinesses I began using Ring Central since the clinics began working remotely, the quality of the video calls and audio calls, the amount of resources Ring Central provides and the costumer service provided by Ring Central have been exceptional not only for me but for all of my peers.
Solid product, but be careful with limited proactive support We've been working with RingCentral for several months now and it's a bit of a split decision. Overall, the product works well and provides the various core tools you'd expect from a UCaaS/CCaaS system. The implementation went alright, but in our experience their support team has been completely reactive and not proactive at all.
