Feature packed product but service is lacking if something goes wrong! Pros: I love the features, and the excellent design. The platform is very easy to use. Cons: The support is little to none when something goes wrong. Salespeople give you much attention but account managers pay you no attention once signed up... Overall: They have the best offerings and are the most reliable service. Just lock you accounts with a separate vPN and make sure you never need their support!

RingCentral for Daily Business Use Pros: I like how you can use it for overall communications means. From calling to team meetings/video meetings. I like how you can access it through any mobile device and also how when there are any issues or bugs in the system, the technical support personnel continuously follow up to ensure your issue is resolved. Basic all-in-one system Pros: RingCentral manages your audio and visual calls, texts, and faxes all in one place, and it's handy for that. Cons: Asking for mouse control on a screenshare is difficult, which was a feature we used a lot. Their online user guide is difficult to use.
Great to have phone, fax , messaging and meeting all in one place Pros: Easy to use. Everything all in one place. Multi functional Cons: Glitches every now and then. Does bog system. Calls drop occasionally Overall: offers call and fax options without extra equipment.

Great for the value Pros: As a small business owner, keeping operating costs low is the name of the game. I was getting calls through the night so I needed a phone system that can help me set office hours and give extension numbers to my staff. Ring Central took care of that. Cons: I compared the prices of RingCentral and MyPhone.com and found that Ring Central was slightly more expensive. I did end up moving over to myphone.com
It works Pros: Has all the features you need in a chat service Cons: There are too many chating apps, this one doesn't add anything to the market
Efficiency for your business Pros: We have been using Rippling for the last 4 years. We started with a small staff to now about 100. Ring central has been very efficient in keeping everyone communicated since most of the staff is on the field. Very easy to use and the customer service is exceptional.
