Great for the value Pros: As a small business owner, keeping operating costs low is the name of the game. I was getting calls through the night so I needed a phone system that can help me set office hours and give extension numbers to my staff. Ring Central took care of that. Cons: I compared the prices of RingCentral and MyPhone.com and found that Ring Central was slightly more expensive. I did end up moving over to myphone.com
It works Pros: Has all the features you need in a chat service Cons: There are too many chating apps, this one doesn't add anything to the market
Efficiency for your business Pros: We have been using Rippling for the last 4 years. We started with a small staff to now about 100. Ring central has been very efficient in keeping everyone communicated since most of the staff is on the field. Very easy to use and the customer service is exceptional. Never had any big issues, but as a growing company we've needed to implement changes to adapt to our growth, and their customer service has been very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Ring Central Pros: I am totally in love with the fact that the app allows me to do so many things, send fax, text me residents and guest, call from the app using the office number as a drop down option. Cons: Nothing this app makes my job in property mangement so much easier Overall: overall experience I would not change this app for anything in the world. I love the many options to communicate with myh residents while I am on the go.
Great software, with some work left to be done. Pros: This is a very user friendly software. In the event you need assistance, customer service has come to be very helpful and quick to help. This was not always the case. Cons: At time, call can drop with no warning and text messages may not be received until the next day.
Business to Personal In One Easy Step Pros: Love Ring Central's email notification, mobile app, caller id and answering format. I can answer calls with confidence when switching from business to personal Cons: There's not much I don't enjoy about ring central. If has everything I need when I need it. Maybe a little more economical would be great. Overall: Easy to use. No missed or dropped calls. Mobile friendly.

Works great, can be improved! Pros: Works great for my morning meetings. On PC it's obviously better, can properly integrate the settings you want. The phone is great for on the go and voice quality is fantastic. It's easy to understand, to use and has a very friendly UI. Cons: This app is vital for our business, and we daily change who is on the call queue. The best thing for our company! Pros: It has made communication internally so easy! Call recording and call tracking are very important for us and these features are great at ring central. Cons: I wish they had more to offer in the sense of mass SMS - would love to expand our marketing through this avenue and are just waiting for Ring Central to implement it!
