Once we signed, I was not aware that we would have new contacts for the onboarding process, and I spent a lot of time with general support team instead of a dedicated onboarding person/the sales rep that I worked with previously. Feature-full product with excellent end-user adoption. Feature-full product, virtually all use cases for our org is met with the options available. Excellent out-of-the-box ease of use for our end-users, it's easy for everyone to get started and use all the product options.
