"Awesome Product!" Overall: This product has reduced overall mailing costs.Pros: Increased productivity in our business process.Cons: Implementation to other workstations without incurring additional licensing costs.
"Solid option for video and conference calls" Pros: Stability, ease of use, and integrations.Cons: I haven't come across a big con. I'd say sometimes having meetings with individuals out of our company, they have had a few problems connecting.
"Good calling software, for internal & external business needs" Pros: It is a super easy to use system and has good I integration options. E.g. IVR, ZendeskCons: IVR system can be tricky to use, sometimes the app crashes so I find using it via a browser is more reliable.

"One of the leading phone systems" Pros: Excellent for remote teams. Simple to use and integrate. The quality of the calls is great.Cons: Customer service needs to be improved a bit.
"Great Platform for Video, Phone and Messaging, Easy to manage and inplement!" Overall: It was a great complement to our contact center for a specific campaign and client, really great as we are getting to used with Ring central.Pros: Video Meeting and easy to share documents, really great and complete, lots of features and full report.Cons: To get more customized features you need to escalate plans, instead of just adding some features you could need without choosing full plan features and prices.
