    Works great, can be improved! Pros: Works great for my morning meetings. On PC it's obviously better, can properly integrate the settings you want. The phone is great for on the go and voice quality is fantastic. It's easy to understand, to use and has a very friendly UI. Cons: This app is vital for our business, and we daily change who is on the call queue.     The best thing for our company! Pros: It has made communication internally so easy! Call recording and call tracking are very important for us and these features are great at ring central. Cons: I wish they had more to offer in the sense of mass SMS - would love to expand our marketing through this avenue and are just waiting for Ring Central to implement it!

    It's an OK product Pros: This is an average platform for online meetings, we used it for a while in my work and it did okay, Cons: I didn't like that it crashed a lot, if I used it in the computer or in the phone app, it also took too much time to load compared to other softwares. Overall: It's just Okay, not sure I would recommend it.

    RingCentral Pros: I like how i can integrate the RingCentral app from my tablet to my personal mobile device. Its very user friendly and communication is great using this format. Cons: RingCentral is internet based so if im in an area without a signal, this software is not very usable.

    I recommend ring central and have been using it for years! Pros: I like that I can use this software on the go. I receive the voicemails to email that I miss. The calls come directly to my cellphone and I can choose to answer or not answering by continuing the call. So even if I don’t recognize the number, I get another chance to confirm the answer!     Good Software Pros: The ease of use and deployment and also that the app works very well Cons: The text feature was not great initially but later it worked fine Overall: Happy with the product

    Decent most of the time but inconsistent Pros: Using it for mobile calling and to redirect calls from my desk phone to my cell phone is good most of the time. It has updated somewhat recently to have things working better but before that I hated using it for most stuff and ended up using my own cell instead. Cons: I seem to get disconnected or I don't get notified about messages or calls.

    On the fence Pros: It was a good call screening and usage with web portal when needed. Easy to use. Cons: If we were using web-based calls were in and out if we were out using it on a laptop over wifi. Couldn't be helped in some cases.

    Awesome Product! Pros: Increased productivity in our business process. Cons: Implementation to other workstations without incurring additional licensing costs. Overall: This product has reduced overall mailing costs.
