"Decent Meeting Software with Phone System " Overall: I so far have not had much issues with the software besides clients struggling to join screen share meetings for the first few times.Pros: They always have some type of promotion going on where you can sign on with a discount. Software has been pretty ease to use and adjust settings.Cons: I have had all clients struggle when signing on the first few times. "One of the leading phone systems" Pros: Excellent for remote teams. Simple to use and integrate. The quality of the calls is great.Cons: Customer service needs to be improved a bit.

Overall: It was a great complement to our contact center for a specific campaign and client, really great as we are getting to used with Ring central.Pros: Video Meeting and easy to share documents, really great and complete, lots of features and full report.Cons: To get more customized features you need to escalate plans, instead of just adding some features you could need without choosing full plan features and prices.

"Replace Landlines ASAP!" Pros: This is a great option to replace land line. I like that voice mails are sent to my email. i like that i can fax from it . I like that calls can be forwarded to my cell phone, this way i don't have to give my clients my cell number. its easy to conference with several people and to transfer calls.Cons: what i like least is that my current employer doesn't use this software yet. I am one of few remote workers and i have to use my cell.
"Flawless operation for business operation!" Overall: Ring Central changed the game for us in communication with customers and even with just the staff in our company!Pros: Puts all aspects of communication and tracking at your finger tips in a very easy to use software.Cons: There is nothing bad to say about this software. It has practically been perfected for business use no matter the size.
