"Great software with a reasonable price" Pros: The software is affordable for using as our entire phone system. There are also quite a few features and it's very easy to use. Plus they have excellent customer support.Cons: Every once in a while I run into a feature that I feel should be available but it isn't. For example, when using the RingCentral Cisco phone, I can't join two separate lines.
"This software is easy to use even if you are a first timer." Overall: I have all the calls recording handy. I can keep track of all the missed calls as well and be able to call back the clients. Making a report on what kind of calls we had on each particular day is not difficult.Pros: I like the way the navigation tabs and sub-folders are arranged and labeled. "Very good eFax solution" Pros: You can send faxes directly from your email, you will receive faxes directly to your email as well. Digital fax is a way to go!Cons: It's a little pricey, even with an annual prepaid option. But definitely worth investing, you'll save on the paper that you won't be using anymore to send and receive faxes.

"We use Ring Central Daily for incoming and outgoing calls, orders, conference calls, faxing, etc. " Overall: The ability to work from home or while traveling without being charged a fee. The ability to do everything we need from one platform - calls, faxes, conference calls.Pros: Ease of use and functionality. "Quick and easy" Pros: I like that I can track all of my calls. Its also nice to not use your cell phone number so when you don't feel like working, you can still use your cell phone and not worry about work calls.Cons: Its too expensive. I pay less for services that are more critical. If this price included 3 users instead of just one then I would strongly consider it. Price diverted me after the free trial. I did like the product though.
"Easy to use but extremely spotty service" Pros: The service is extremely easy to use. I can have an app on my phone and an app on my computer plus still use my desk phone. I am reachable anywhereCons: The service consistently cuts in and out. It's texting feature is pointless and never used. I have also experienced delays in phone calls.
"I use this at work to send a receive faxes from multiple locations." Overall: convenience, privacy, ease of usePros: I can fax from my desktop! It's so cool that I can get my faxes in my email rather than having to use a separate machine to clutter my office. I also have my own fax number rather than having to share a fax with the many other people in my office. It comes right to me so I know when I give out my number I won't lose a fax because someone picked it up by mistake.
"Variety of Features for Office Use" Overall: Easy to use, variety of functions besides phone calls, multiple features for setting up phone for a business.Pros: Easy to use and set up phone system with high quality sound. The online site for the back end has a variety of features you can set up and it is very easy to navigate and use.
