Very good eFax solution Pros: You can send faxes directly from your email, you will receive faxes directly to your email as well. Digital fax is a way to go! Cons: It's a little pricey, even with an annual prepaid option. But definitely worth investing, you'll save on the paper that you won't be using anymore to send and receive faxes.
Ring Central is my office phone - used for receiving support desk calls, and placing outbound calls. Pros: I enjoy the ease of having a contact number that is not tethered to a physical location, as well as the intuitive controls. Cons: As this is also the phone platform for the entire company, it's used for many (if not most) of our conference calls - I hear the acoustic guitar hold music multiple times daily and it kind of drives me mad that there's no variety. We use Ring Central Daily for incoming and outgoing calls, orders, conference calls, faxing, etc. Pros: Ease of use and functionality. This system allows us to connect our lines with our cell phones, send faxes straight from our desktops, have several conference calls going at once, check voice mails from our phones or email. Cons: Nothing to do with the software but when our internet goes our at work so does the phone lines, so if your internet goes down a lot be prepared. Quick and easy Pros: I like that I can track all of my calls. Its also nice to not use your cell phone number so when you don't feel like working, you can still use your cell phone and not worry about work calls. Cons: Its too expensive. I pay less for services that are more critical. If this price included 3 users instead of just one then I would strongly consider it. Price diverted me after the free trial. I did like the product though.
Easy to use but extremely spotty service Pros: The service is extremely easy to use. I can have an app on my phone and an app on my computer plus still use my desk phone. I am reachable anywhere Cons: The service consistently cuts in and out. It's texting feature is pointless and never used. I have also experienced delays in phone calls.
My experience has been middle of the road Pros: I like that my staff can receive their work calls on the road without having to give out their personal phone numbers. Cons: The customer service can be difficult to reach. I am constantly dropping calls and/or the call quality is very poor.
Variety of Features for Office Use Pros: Easy to use and set up phone system with high quality sound. The online site for the back end has a variety of features you can set up and it is very easy to navigate and use. I use this at work to send a receive faxes from multiple locations. Pros: I can fax from my desktop! It's so cool that I can get my faxes in my email rather than having to use a separate machine to clutter my office. I also have my own fax number rather than having to share a fax with the many other people in my office. It comes right to me so I know when I give out my number I won't lose a fax because someone picked it up by mistake. Overall: convenience, privacy, ease of use
Good. I think it's inaccurate with extensions, but great otherwise! Pros: I love that voice mails come right to my email and boy- they are FAST! As soon as a voicemail is done recording it goes right to your inbox which is great - helps me get to our customers quicker! Cons: Sometimes I'll get voicemails sent to my email and I know for a fact the caller did not dial my extension (I won't have any missed calls) HOWEVER, I don't know if this is a Ring Central thing or if the set-up of our account was done incorrectly.
