Easy to manage faxes Pros: I can store faxes to view later without having to print them. ability to create groups and send faxes to groups and received multiple faxes at the same time. Cons: Not being able to forward or reply via email to the sender of the fax without having to enter their email address.
Great software with a reasonable price Pros: The software is affordable for using as our entire phone system. There are also quite a few features and it's very easy to use. Plus they have excellent customer support. Cons: Every once in a while I run into a feature that I feel should be available but it isn't. For example, when using the RingCentral Cisco phone, I can't join two separate lines.
Robust office phone system Pros: Ringcentral does everything we need in a phone system. They were much cheaper than using our local phone service which is the main reason we switched. Cons: The Ringcentral software is bloated and sometimes take several hundred megabytes of memory. I wish that could be slimmed down. I also wish there was a way to add phone numbers to our contacts without logging to the online portal.
This software is easy to use even if you are a first timer. Pros: I like the way the navigation tabs and sub-folders are arranged and labeled. Makes it easy for a first time user to read and navigate to the program without any confusion. Cons: The color and the theme is my least favorite. Very good eFax solution Pros: You can send faxes directly from your email, you will receive faxes directly to your email as well. Digital fax is a way to go! Cons: It's a little pricey, even with an annual prepaid option. But definitely worth investing, you'll save on the paper that you won't be using anymore to send and receive faxes.
Ring Central is my office phone - used for receiving support desk calls, and placing outbound calls. Pros: I enjoy the ease of having a contact number that is not tethered to a physical location, as well as the intuitive controls. Cons: As this is also the phone platform for the entire company, it's used for many (if not most) of our conference calls - I hear the acoustic guitar hold music multiple times daily and it kind of drives me mad that there's no variety. We use Ring Central Daily for incoming and outgoing calls, orders, conference calls, faxing, etc. Pros: Ease of use and functionality. This system allows us to connect our lines with our cell phones, send faxes straight from our desktops, have several conference calls going at once, check voice mails from our phones or email. Cons: Nothing to do with the software but when our internet goes our at work so does the phone lines, so if your internet goes down a lot be prepared. Quick and easy Pros: I like that I can track all of my calls. Its also nice to not use your cell phone number so when you don't feel like working, you can still use your cell phone and not worry about work calls. Cons: Its too expensive. I pay less for services that are more critical. If this price included 3 users instead of just one then I would strongly consider it. Price diverted me after the free trial. I did like the product though.
