I Use Ring Central Daily and it works great Ring Central has made it possible to telecommute from home. This is a requirement due to the pandemic. It makes it possible for our office to stay in touch with each other throughout the week and discuss work matters.

RingCentral offers an intuitive and optimal experience for Companies of any size! I enjoy RC glip for instant messaging. The groups functionality is one of my favorites. I've used FaceBook Workplace, Slack and Skype for Business in the past but RingCentral Glip is more intuitive and easy to use. The soft phone system is also great. I can manage all of my settings easily. The fax capabilities are not so great; once you send a fax, you cannot click on it to see the details of the fax. Great tool for work!! Overall it has been a good product. There are some connection issues from time to time but I like all of its capabilities.
Essential for Working from Home has made working from home so much easier. Would not be able to work as efficiently without RingCentral
Recommended for communication with large companies I am overall very satisfied with RingCentral. It allows me to connect with coworkers onsite and remotely to run business very smoothly.
