Works great...usually! Pros: It tends to work great a majority of the time. Recordings are very easy to play back, and are extremely helpful if you do any sort of dispatching or call-taking. We use RingCentral daily for company inbound and outbound calls. Pros: I love that my voicemails are sent directly to my email. This makes listening and looking back on them super easy! I also like that it keeps track of missed calls, calls received, and calls made for quite a while back. I have been very satisfied so far! Cons: When I get a voicemail it will say that it has gone to my extension when I know that my colleague and I both got the call (so it would be the support extension, not personal). RingCentral VOIP services offer great value but not a flawless experience. RingCentral Office is a great tool that make faxing a breeze. Pros: This software is incredible easy to use. We use it primary for faxing. You can send a fax from any computer or mobile device and you can receive faxes on any computer or mobile device! Cons: There was a small price increase recently but this is still a great value for the money. I would recommend this product even at a higher price!
Mr Pros: RingCentral is always improving and growing. I've been with them since 2010 and, in that time, they've released more new functionality, improvements, etc than any other piece of software I use, combined. They are constantly rolling out new stuff, practically every month. The service itself is very reliable and rarely has issues. Cons: Phone support can be difficult and time consuming. Luckily, their satisfaction forum is well staffed and responsive.
Great product for on the go! Pros: I love being able to transfer calls to any number. I travel somewhat regularly - all I do is download the app to my phone and I can make calls from my business number right from my personal cell. Clients see the business number instead of mine! I can also send text messages and faxes through the service. The VoIP option is great if cell signal is down.
