Phone system for businesses Pros: It is easy to use and quite simple to learn the phone system as time passes. They have different options for services as well as telephones. Cons: Their customer service is not good at all, it takes awhile to get through and once you get through they just want to send someone out.
The platform is extremely clean and user friendly Pros: RingCentral has by far the easiest setup compared to others that we've used. Communications were in the cloud, in no time! Another plus, due its compatibility with other platforms - it allows for greater flexibility than the alternatives. Cons: I can't think of any downside to having RingCentral. Due to the swift deployment and many features, it's hard to be disappointed with choosing them for your VOIP solution.
One of the most complete easy to use fully cloud solutions out there Pros: No need to have anything but a desk phone, computer, or mobile device, and the internet to make it work. It is very feature-rich. They work with many phones, even others like Microsoft say are not compatible. If you have a bunch of old equipment that won't work with another cloud provider, RC will be one of your best bets to work with your hardware. Always accessible, regardless of where you live Pros: VERY easy to set-up! Call forwarding when I am traveling. SMS capabilities. "ring too" is silly easy. Ring Central allows our team to all have their own extensions and departments for calls. Pros: Very quick to set recruiters and employees up with their own extensions. Fairly easy to work on call forwarding (ex: 1 for recruiting, 2 for dispatch, etc). Call quality is also fantastic. Cons: Lots of bugs seem to pop up, also goes offline a little more than I'd normally prefer. Tech support seems to fix the issue, only for it to arise again for a few days. Best small business phone system out there Pros: It is hands down the best small business phone system out there. A lot of features. You can get it to do whatever you need. The app is great for transferring from your mobile device to landline. Cons: Sometime the features can be cumbersome to use or setup. It isn't always clear what the adjustments you are making will do. It would be nice to have a way to push all of the changes to all extensions, groups, etc. Expensive!
Ringcentral VoIP is a feature rich solution for your business phone system. Pros: Every feature you can think of is included and support is fast and resolves all issues. I like that I can access my phone using my PC or my mobile device as if I was in the office. Cons: The cost. Great, flexible telephone management system Pros: Once it is set up, it can handle all the telephone needs of a SMB. Rich feature set - most of what you could possibly want is available. Cons: Complicated and sometimes inflexible set up: call ease and quality is dependent on settings. Very occasionally buggy.
