    customer for 1 year Pros: - liked that it had Salesforce (SFDC) integration - looked easy to setup and use; customization for extensions - provides a messaging tool, video conferencing, an all in one solution Cons: - sfdc integration is weak; calls are not logged and click to dial does not work for many employees - customer support is the worst.     Best small business phone system out there Pros: It is hands down the best small business phone system out there. A lot of features. You can get it to do whatever you need. The app is great for transferring from your mobile device to landline. Cons: Sometime the features can be cumbersome to use or setup. It isn't always clear what the adjustments you are making will do. It would be nice to have a way to push all of the changes to all extensions, groups, etc. Expensive!

    Ringcentral VoIP is a feature rich solution for your business phone system. Pros: Every feature you can think of is included and support is fast and resolves all issues. I like that I can access my phone using my PC or my mobile device as if I was in the office. Cons: The cost. It is pretty expensive compared to say VoIP service through an ISP provider. if it is within your budget and you need a robust feature set for your organization then you can't go wrong with RingCentral.     Great, flexible telephone management system Pros: Once it is set up, it can handle all the telephone needs of a SMB. Rich feature set - most of what you could possibly want is available. Cons: Complicated and sometimes inflexible set up: call ease and quality is dependent on settings. Very occasionally buggy.

    I find RingCentral to be very efficient and easy to work with for my needs Pros: I like being able to track calls on a call log that I can download into Excel. I can download call logs and use the Find option in Excel to check for numbers to prove the presence of calls. I use the RingCentral app on my smart phone. The ability to text as well as call is very helpful because so many people will read a text ahead of a voice message.     Overall good. Pros: Records my calls when I need it to, sends calls to my cell when I'm out of the office. It also sends voicemails to my cell when I am not in the office. So overall it takes care of all of my phone needs. Cons: Sometimes the reception is spotty. This is very frustrating because I am a salesman and I need my voice to come off positively or else I can lose a sale.     Great telephone system Pros: I have used this software in limited capacity but found it easy to use and better than similar systems Cons: I don't have anything negative to say about this product, it ticks all the boxes as far as I'm concerned

    Easy to use faxing service that meets all of our needs. Pros: Our office utilizes RingCentral for all of our faxing needs. The program is very easy to navigate and is very reliable. We love the almost instant notification when a fax fails so we can remedy the issue immediately with our clients. Cons: The program does take a little longer to load at the initial start up but other than that, the program works great. Overall: Easy to use faxing service and notification system.

    Overall great solution for business phone service Pros: Very powerful solution that can be fully managed through their online interface. I like the support of all of the Polycom phones, support for presence, call queue setups, schedules, etc. It's a very comprehensive system that does a LOT. Cons: $3 Overall: Overall good product but there is a learning curve on the setup (Complex interface) and their phone support isn't great
