I love RingCentral RingCentral works great. Sometimes their is poor connection but I think that is due to how many people are working from home using WIFI.
installed just in time for working from home.... Great experience overall. Easy to book conference calls, the system can handle really many participants at a time (i think i once saw around 400 people of a call!), good tools provided to run conference call discussions (screen sharing, drawing sketches, recording, etc.). The quality of sound is normally very good even when having conf calls between Canada and Thailand. Flexibility of RingCentral Saves the day during Pandemic Work from Home I couldn't give full points as we are still learning what the system can do. I do know we aren't using it to it's full potential. I marked lower on installation as it wasn't as easy as we were told it would be, maybe because we kept same phones instead of buying new ones that would have been pre-loaded.
