Great way to confidentially fax and make calls Pros: I can make business calls and faxes directly from my computer saving me time and money. Great way to keep my info confidential at minimum price. Cons: I primarily use this service for faxing so I haven't had any problems with it. I would recommend it to anyone. Overall: Easy way to fax from your computer

Ring Central has a lot of great features, but it doesn't work great for multiple locations Pros: It's pretty easy to set up. The team at Ring Central is knowledgeable about single-location offices. Call recording is a great feature, and it's also nice to be able to forward calls to a cell phone when needed. Great quality sound on all calls and very user-friendly! Pros: Emails you when a call is missed or a voicemail is left so if for some reason our office is closed we can still return the call. Cons: I do not have any cons at this time for the Ring Central software as it meets all my needs for call answering. Overall: Clear phone calls that come through even International!
I have been using Ring Central for a little over 3 years Pros: The system is easy to use and they have a soft phone download feature for headset use. It is convenient and works with other programs as well Cons: One thing that I am not a fan of but it isn't really a bad thing is that every user has their owner log in information to update the settings. I think it is better to have the option to change settings for all of the users at once.
Does the job, but error prone. Pros: RingCentral allows me to call people from my computer. It has click to dial and a chrome plug-in, both of which are convenient. Cons: The errors. Calls drop, dial tracking into SalesForce worked sometimes or not at all we just had a bunch of issues with this program. We ended up switching the software that we used to make outbound calls because of this.
Very good tool when it works, but there are frequent bugs. Pros: Ring Central is one of the best VOIP systems. There are many integrations (with CRMs like Salesforce for instance) and the interface is easy to use (on your computer or cell phone). The features that the vast majority of companies need are available and easy to set-up. Cons: There are bugs/issues a bit too often. Decent fax system Pros: I like that it can be installed on as many computers as needed. I also like the online portal for a back up to the softphone app Cons: The system doesn't always update consistently throughout all the installed soft app, maybe we have to many logged in at once, not sure.
