"I have been using Ring Central for a little over 3 years" Pros: The system is easy to use and they have a soft phone download feature for headset use. It is convenient and works with other programs as wellCons: One thing that I am not a fan of but it isn't really a bad thing is that every user has their owner log in information to update the settings. I think it is better to have the option to change settings for all of the users at once.
"Very good tool when it works, but there are frequent bugs." Pros: Ring Central is one of the best VOIP systems. There are many integrations (with CRMs like Salesforce for instance) and the interface is easy to use (on your computer or cell phone). "Does the job, but error prone." Pros: RingCentral allows me to call people from my computer. It has click to dial and a chrome plug-in, both of which are convenient.Cons: The errors. Calls drop, dial tracking into SalesForce worked sometimes or not at all we just had a bunch of issues with this program. We ended up switching the software that we used to make outbound calls because of this.
"Decent fax system " Pros: I like that it can be installed on as many computers as needed. I also like the online portal for a back up to the softphone appCons: The system doesn't always update consistently throughout all the installed soft app, maybe we have to many logged in at once, not sure.
"Phone system for businesses" Pros: It is easy to use and quite simple to learn the phone system as time passes. They have different options for services as well as telephones.Cons: Their customer service is not good at all, it takes awhile to get through and once you get through they just want to send someone out.
"The platform is extremely clean and user friendly" Pros: RingCentral has by far the easiest setup compared to others that we've used. Communications were in the cloud, in no time! Another plus, due its compatibility with other platforms - it allows for greater flexibility than the alternatives.Cons: I can't think of any downside to having RingCentral. Due to the swift deployment and many features, it's hard to be disappointed with choosing them for your VOIP solution.
