They have you sign up to be a member to get an initial discount on your purchase there, then sneakily continue to charge your card yearly until caught (with ever higher rates). No emails were sent to alert the buyer of what they were up to. This sleazy business practice needs to be shut down!

Whatever you do- do NOT sign up for their membership! It is a scam! I received a charge for $70 out of the blue. Havent shopped with them in 4 years. They claim I have a membership, yet they also admitted I didnt have an email on file, so there was no way for them to have possibly communicated this membership renewing. I am furious.

First and last customer. I will NEVER do business with ********************** again and highly recommend the same to anyone. You will save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with the issues that will arise from a poorly operated business. Ended up being charged multiple times for one item and spend multiple phone calls and hours of time trying to obtain a resolution. I have been pleased with the merchandise, but not customer support. They do not respond to the emails submit on their site. Also, status of merchandise impossible to track. I ordered 4 items, was charged for all 4, received 3, and nowhere in my account can i find the status of the last item. Very disappointed - and unless something changes I will take my business elsewhere; there are plenty of locations from which I can order ****** and other brand name running shoes and accessories.

Membership Scam! Dispute immediately.Ordered 1 item almost a year ago. This store is apparently running a scam. The associates sign you up for auto renew memberships without consent . So I call to to cancel it. They say they emailed me but who reads junk email? They say I will get a refund in 35 days. They sure charged me immediately, why does it take 35 days for the refund? I read online that hundreds have never received the refund. So I disputed the charge with my CC issuer.

Ditto to negative comments regarding the **** VIP membership. Their ploy is to dangle an initial $1.99 membership fee which indicates auto renewal every year. Except they hit my bank account for $39.99 in only six months after initial 'membership'. Can you say robbery?? Do not trust their returns policy. Even if you request a return shipping label within ********************************************************** my case, for HALF the amount the shoes cost.They were worn one time.

I was a customer for 15 years. They used to sell quality merchandise at good prices, this is no longer the case. They're like a worse version of big sports stores in that they don't carry very many goods and charge ridiculous amounts for what they do carry.You pay a large sum of $ for membership to have access to "fast free shipping"...this takes a week, and I just received a package in the rain, in my alleyway, on trash night, that was stolen/trashed before it could be retrieved.This was after another order of a simple pair... read more
