Excellent installation crew—professional, kept site clean, great communication.
They did a great job. They kept me informed every step of the way and were quick to do the work. I was amazed at how fast they came to install the solar system immediately after the permit was approved by the city!

I came to Solar Optimum after being rejected by Tesla for Solar. The difference was night and day. Solar Optimum provided timely turnaround every step of the installation. I was impressed at how fast they were able to provide a new system mockup given my feedback so I could tune the size of my system to meet my budget. I had a reat experience, my rep Kevin was very helpful + the team. They were great on walking me throught the process and the vedio were helpful. Charles B helped me get through final especially between the buidling department and my electrcial company and solar. Thank you for that the great customer service and response time.
Very good interactions with people in sales, site survey, and program management. Clear explanations of cost and several options before signing the contract; good discussion of the overall scope. Excellent communications throughout the project. The replaced roof looks great and held well through the first major rains.
