Solar Optimum was amazing at communicating ever step of the process.
When initially shopping and interviewing various Solar companies, I ultimately selected Solar Optimum. i found they were always available for my many questions. Installation was super fast and without issues. I even had them upgrade my electrical panel. Solar Optimum’s customer service is outstanding. There‘s always someone available to answer questions/concerns, and if that individual is unable to address a question, another person with that specific knowledge will call me back. Solar Optimum did a really great job of answering all my questions, and helping me make decisions about what sort of system I wanted. They have a well designed process that makes it clear what has happened, is happening, and will happen as your system is designed and installed, and it never felt like they were trying to just sell me a bunch of stuff. The system itself was installed well, and has been working out great so far.
we interviewed half a dozen solar companies based on friend recommendations; Solar optimum highly praised; we had really nothing but excellent service, communication, feedback, and notification. our project was complex, and solar optimum handled everything to our satisfaction. our electric bills have been negative for months- we are seeing a lot of savings. everything continues to work perfectly. we would use this company again. and have recommended to others as well.
