I have been shopping for the Solar system for about 3 months. When we decided to go solar our choice was Solar Optimum. Manson guided use threw the process with ease never being one of those pushy salesmen. He answered all are questions and assured us what ever he couldn’t answer he took the time to find out. I was helped by Mason and after talking to about 6 different companies and comparing quotes I decided to go with Solar Optimum because not only the pricing is fair it's also because Mason was straightforward and very helpful in understanding things about solar. I knew what I want and Mason was able to get the exact things I need for my house. If you're in the market to get Solar, obviously I would recommend using Solar Optimum. I did get tons of quotes and while Solar Optimum was not the lowest price, but overall I felt like it was the best value. One of the main reason I chose Solar Optimum is that they used Panasonic Panels. As an added plus Panasonic actually warranties their panels should Solar Optimum no longer exist (which I doubt), but it just gives me some additional peace of mind. Solar Optimum did a great job installing our solar system - no complaints there. However, the communication regarding the installation could have been improved, including when the installation crew was going to come by and when I had questions. However, I will note that my main contact Kevin Taing was excellent and very responsive.
