Solar Optimum did a great job installing our solar system - no complaints there. However, the communication regarding the installation could have been improved, including when the installation crew was going to come by and when I had questions. However, I will note that my main contact Kevin Taing was excellent and very responsive.
After following the Energysage process, we received bids from multiple companies. Solar Optimum provided the product, cost, and reviews that we were looking for. We are so glad we went with them! They walked us through the process and were friendly and knowledgeable. They met each milestone before it was due, and this was at an extremely busy time for the solar industry. There was a great promo going on Panasonic panels when we started the process, and Solar Optimum came in with the best non-Tesla price among the regional and national companies we considered. There is a good reason why this company's ratings are so good. I came across Solar Optimum here on Energy Sage and found their quotes to be competitive for the materials, components and warranties offered in my region. I got my whole process from finding them on Energy Sage to completing the installation and getting my PTO done within a month!
