There was a great promo going on Panasonic panels when we started the process, and Solar Optimum came in with the best non-Tesla price among the regional and national companies we considered. We selected Solar Optimum after a failed contract with another installer. We are extremely glad that we did. Solar Optimum's customer service has been exceptional. They returned all of our calls promptly, kept their commitments, and kept us informed. Their installation team went above and beyond. The installation was a rocky road due to the adjustment of my expectations and sometimes slow communication, but at the end all the issues were resolved, and it is exactly what counts. No problems so far, both roof and system are in excellent condition.
