We worked with sales representative Gabriel and he walked us through all the steps required to get solar panels on our roof. He answered all of our many questions and inquiries about the various products and brands and never tried to convince to go with more than what we needed or up-sale us on equipment. He has been most attentive and quick to reply during the application process.

I chose Solar Optimum as my solar installer after a lot of research and a thorough review of the other quotes I received through Energy Sage. The Solar Optimum sales person was able to answer my detailed questions about the warranties and equipment. Our sales rep did a good responding to us, usually answering in less than a day. He clearly answered questions and helped us understand costs. After signing the contract our installation was completed in about two months. The installation crew was hard working and professional.
