Solar Optimum offered the best value for our solar system and electrical panel upgrade. Installation was efficient, and there was good communication throughout the process. I am completely satisfied.
We worked with sales representative Gabriel and he walked us through all the steps required to get solar panels on our roof. He answered all of our many questions and inquiries about the various products and brands and never tried to convince to go with more than what we needed or up-sale us on equipment. He has been most attentive and quick to reply during the application process.

I chose Solar Optimum as my solar installer after a lot of research and a thorough review of the other quotes I received through Energy Sage. From start to finish, he demonstrated unmatched professionalism, and expertise to helping me make informed decisions regarding solar energy. I greatly appreciated his transparency, honesty, and reliability, as it made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Our sales rep did a good responding to us, usually answering in less than a day. He clearly answered questions and helped us understand costs. After signing the contract our installation was completed in about two months. The installation crew was hard working and professional.
I am at bay area. In my particular case Solar Optimum worked perfectly on their side. The whole thing (from signing the contract to my seeing the output power from the Enphase app) took only a month. I was the one to be blamed for a minor delay because my first check sent to LA cannot be cashed out (and JPMorgan cannot explain why) so I needed to resend one.
