We worked with sales representative Gabriel and he walked us through all the steps required to get solar panels on our roof. He answered all of our many questions and inquiries about the various products and brands and never tried to convince to go with more than what we needed or up-sale us on equipment. He has been most attentive and quick to reply during the application process.
The team at Solar Optimum put together a plan that worked great for us. Everything went together without any problems. We are now producing more energy than we need despite the gloomy weather Can’t wait for a sunny day here in Southern California Great software as well.
I chose Solar Optimum as my solar installer after a lot of research and a thorough review of the other quotes I received through Energy Sage. The Solar Optimum sales person was able to answer my detailed questions about the warranties and equipment. Gabriel has been very responsive and diligent. He is very pragmatic and doesn't oversell equipment you don't need.
My house needed extensive renovations, which took place in 2019-20. My general contractor brought in a subcontractor to install solar panels, but I could not afford a Powerwall at that time. When I finally could, I called the installer, but his company was unable to procure one. That's when I found Solar Optimum. They were easy to work with, and the cost was close to what my original installer had bid. Just a quick note to recognize the site surveyor sent to assess my property. This was my first face to face interaction with a representative from Solar Optimum and it was expectional. Mr. Greens professionalism, knowledge, attitude and overall transparency was a welcomed experience.
