Solar Optimum installed my first solar system and then I decided to chose them again to install more panels based on my first good experience. If you plan to switch to electric cars you’ll want more panels, or you’ll be wanting more panels later like I did. Solar Optimum is reliable! When a part on my system failed (not their fault) they promptly fixed it and paid for the items in my house broken by the power surge and then took it up with the manufacturer. They offered the best price compared to Sunrun, Tesla and other providers. I would say at least it is 50% of the price that sunrun has quoted. (I opted for latest Panasonic Solar panels 400HK and Enphase IQ8 microinverters) Inspection, Permits and other paperwork was straight forward. All done through docuSign which is very convenient. Disclaimer: my five star comparison is after what I saw some of my neighbor went through. otherwise I would give it 4*. Sales: Complete transparency and very approachable sales rep, I was explained the details properly, There were zero surprises afterwords. The whole cost is reasonable. Kept appointments as promised. Installed the solar penals professionally. Completed the whole job within promised period of time. After-work service is great.
After having Solar Optimum install my solar panels I realize I had great service, quality and price for the complete package. I had to make sure I got the Panasonic panels and Enphase inverter, because these 2 brands are top notch. Everything was smooth, from the evaluation, permitting, installation, activation and use. It's been 6 months now, all of good. I even did a referral and got $500 for it.
