Air Conditioning Installation They showed up on time and were very professional. They completed all the work in a timely manner and made sure everything was cleaned after they were finished. All of the work was completed as promised. The installers were very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with.
Fast friendly knowledgeable servace tech I recently had Liam from Furnace Family come out and inspect both my furnaces and AC unit. He was incredibly helpful and walked me through all the points of inspection, would 10/10 have him back for futures services.
Air conditioner repair. Repair done quickly and efficiently. Matthew was very courteous and explained what the repair would cost before install of the capacitator. Also recharged the system and gave it a cleaning. . I will need a new furnace and air conditioner in the near future ( as ours are 23 years old) and will certainly give the furnace family priority.
Professionally run company This was a one year check up on our new furnace, AC and water heater. Technicians make sure they call before coming, they arrive on time, they send reminders and the technicians are friendly, courteous and competent. Their prices are comparative but you won't have to worry the service not being there if/when you need it. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
