Lennox furnace replacement We heard the owner on 630 ched Saturday show and liked his passion. Called for a quote had a sales guy come out no pressure at all we had another quote from Reliance and holy high pressure sales. The install guys were great you could tell they love what they do. Cleaned up like they were never there and explained how it all works. I could not have asked for a better experience. Bravo great job.
Furnace repair We noticed our house was getting cooler as morning went on. When I turned up furnace nothing happened. It wasn’t working at all. We called Furnace Family as our neighbour had them install a new furnace a bit ago, had told us companies name. We were given an estimated time someone should be out, which they were! Furnace maintenance Had concerns with my furnace. Called Furnace Family in the morning and tech, Kevin, showed up soon after. Kevin did an outstanding job going through the entire furnace, ensure everything was working properly. He clearly explained what he was going to do, did it and then explained what he had done. Excellent service!! Extremely professional and pleasant, this company far exceeded our expectations. Even though it was not an emergency, an appointment was booked the same day and the technician even called to check if an earlier time worked for us. The repair was completed efficiently and the price was very fair for the service provided.
New Lennox Furnace Our furnace died on a cold night and no one was answering, furnace family answered and had it fixed. They recommend a new furnace as ours was really old they came a few days later and installed a new Lennox, explained how to use it and how to look after it. Amazing service from the first contact to the completed job. Highly recommended this company!!!
New Lennox Furnace We had great service a year ago in Edmonton when we head the owner on the radio in Calgary we were thrilled they were here. We were planning a new furnace anyway. Called for a no pressure estimate price was good and the installation guys were clean and explained the importance of maitnence. Great company all around
Late night no heat The furnace died late at night called a few companies but no one was answering , furnace family picked up and the tech was on his way. Fixed the furnace for a tenable price considering it was 12 am. Technician was a nice helpful guy even late at night. Thanks will call again.
Super professional! Extremely professional! Needed a furnace inspection done for my insurance, they were able to get someone out to me within the week. Aaron was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. Work was quick, a small part needed replacing for a reasonable price, and he was also very knowledgeable and able to answer a bunch of questions I had regarding a potential future AC install.
