Our hot water tank broke down on the Sunday of a long weekend and after calling first thing Tuesday morning we had a new tank installed that same afternoon

RecommendedThis company offers excellent customer service, starting with the ladies who answer calls. Kevin, who came out to fix the furnace is fantastic, extremely professional but approachable too. Managed to fix the problem, offered to replace the filter, and took the time to answer all my questions. By morning an itemized bill was in my inbox. I will definitely use their services again.
Recommended24 hour service, tried to troubleshoot prior to coming. Upfront about service costs. Warranty on work and refund if it wasn’t the original problem fixed. Professional and wore a mask bc of Covid. Answered any additional questions I had, explained work provided. I highly recommend this company!
RecommendedI had the pleasure of having Ron Szabo, and Micheal E, come to my house and move the location of my radiant tube heater in my shop. They both arrived on time, the work was exceptionally. RecommendedThis Company came and did a furnace maintenance and tune up. I would highly recommend them as their technician was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Plus during these COVID 19 times he wore a mask and gloves the whole time he was here. Price was reasonable at $149 plus GST.
RecommendedRyan was great but I did not receive a copy of my bill ! Yet ! Please send me 1. Am not sure that much has changed with the furnace tho since he wz here. We still have t adjust the THERMISTAT several (many) times manually trying t get the burn t start it and get the heat . I guess we’ll see when it gets colder If it will come ON without moving the THERMISTAT manually t get the burn !!!
