Another great experience ! Once again Furnace Family comes through! Jay did a great job in assessing the situation and getting us connected with Kevin, who fixed the problem right away. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I definitely recommend this crew.
A/C maintenance Annual a/c maintenance for 13 year old system. Showed up when they said they would. Did all necessary tests, cleaned unit. Didn’t do unnecessary tests or try to upsell us. Discovered failing capacitor. Didn’t have one in truck, came back next business day and replaced it. A/C unit starts up faster. Didn’t charge me for second trip. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Have used them for furnace preventative maintenance before. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.
Furnace Replacemnt Last year,I decided to select Furnace Family to replace my old school furnace with the new style(vent lines). As my house was built in the 1970's running vent lines with the correct slope is a challenging endeavor. The team that Mark sent were top notch. Electrical Panel replacement plus Kitchen rewiring - Outstanding work James, master electrician, did an outstanding job. James took the time to understand our needs first. He put in a new electrical panel and cleaned up the former mess. The new work looks very neat. He went above and beyond re fixing the kitchen wiring issue and other miscellaneous work with we requested. We would highly recommend James to anybody else. Thank you James.
Great service from beginning tk solution Sarah was great at listening to my concerns , Stephan called and discussed issues with me and when I could not resolve them, came out and made fine adjustments that seem to have fixed the problem. He explained what he was doing, why, and how it should help. Before leaving he made sure I understood what was done. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost!
Fast Friendly Service I was lucky enough to get Matt on the day I called the company. He was friendly and assessed the problem and replaced my light switches that were flickering /electrical socket that it turns out wasn't grounded properly when house was built. One of the new switches turned out to be faulty and still causing an issue. Once I reported it he was back almost immediately with a replacement switch and all working perfectly now. Lennox Furnace We heard the owner in 630 ched talking about a Lennox ultimate system we bought it and wow is our home is amazingly comfortable. Furnace Family definitely did a great job and delivered big time. We got all the Lennox rebates. Thanks guys will definitely will recommend you.
Very Pleased! Aaron arrived yesterday to check the furnace and get it started. He also noted the Drain Pan was leaking and he came back today to replace. Very nice young man, polite, personable, sincere and put me at ease and made me comfortable. This is third time to use Furnace Family and I would highly recommend Aaron.
