Kevin is a very nice person with a friendly personality .Before he started he explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it .The work was done in a timely fashion. When the work was completed he went over everything with me to make sure it met with my approval. The job was done very neat and tidy and when he left the area was left nice and clean.
