RecommendedI had my first service call today after having had Furnace Family install my two furnaces and two air conditioning units last year. When I called to ask a question regarding my air conditioning unit they immediately said they would send a service man to inspect my unit. The office was very friendly and treated me with respect and not making me feel like I was overreacting.
