Tankless water heater We decided to get a tankless water heater with all the rebates out there. We have had it a month and absolutely love it even got more space in our furnace room. Furnace Family did a great job converting everything the install crew was great. Definitely recommend tankless and Furnace Family.

Furnace motor My furnace blower motor failed on a Friday before a long weekend. By Tuesday when the store opened it was minus 27. However Justin from Furnace Family was great on the after hours phone. We discussed cost and agreed to try for Tuesday as the motor would keep running only if I kept the fan on steady. Richard came at 830 am Tuesday and quickly fixed my furnace and tweaked the motor so it would give the best performance and better than what I had before. Furnace and Tankless water heater Had Furnace Family replace our water heater with a tankless system. And change our furnace. Great job from the estimate being fair to the great install guys. Sunday morning furnace failure Kevin from Furnace Family was awesome! My 38 year old Lennox blower finally failed. I called in a different company who came out, told me everything I told them on the phone (38 year old Lennox with a failed fan) and they declined the work. Kevin arrived, diagnoses the problem, found a replacement part and had the heat on in under 3 hours including travel time to pick up the replacement part. Heating cooling and water Thank you for incredibly professional and timely service. Ross was outstanding, and arguably an artist when it comes to installation format and appearance of utilities, which generally are not that aesthetically pleasing.I would highly recommend the furnace family, and specifically Ross to anyone with an eye for quality.

New Furnace, New Winter Our furnace was on the fritz as winter was setting in. Family Furnace was quick to provide us estimates and replacement. While we weren’t excited to spend the money on a furnace (who is excited to drop that kinda cash?) we did some research and found the prices of FF to be quite competitive if not better for the higher end products. Electrical Work Had the power service upgraded, Dave was professional and very knowledgeable. The job went very well and the price was fair. I definitely would recommend them for any kind of electrical work. When he ran into a small problem it was resolved quickly.

Furnace and ac repair We had the honor to meet three service Techs for repair on our furnace and ac...Jerry, Jeff and Richard were extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough!!
