Troubleshot the issue to a capacitor within 5 minutes of walking through the door. Within 20 minutes the capacitor was swapped out and my furnace was running again. RecommendedI highly recommend Furnace Family. I had a new furnace and hot water heater installed. Ross came the day after I phoned their office to give me a quote. Once I gave the go-ahead, my appointment was scheduled for a week later. Jordan and his helper were prompt, friendly and efficient. After explaining the options, they went above and beyond to avoid needing to make a hole in a ceiling in order to vent through the chimney.
