RecommendedI had my first service call today after having had Furnace Family install my two furnaces and two air conditioning units last year. When I called to ask a question regarding my air conditioning unit they immediately said they would send a service man to inspect my unit. The office was very friendly and treated me with respect and not making me feel like I was overreacting. RecommendedHad a great experience with Justin from Furnace Family. He came out to check my furnace motor that stopped running. Troubleshot the issue to a capacitor within 5 minutes of walking through the door. Within 20 minutes the capacitor was swapped out and my furnace was running again.
