Recommended5 Stars Furnace quit working Friday nite and ATCO 24 hour window not acceptable with sick toddler. Went on internet and Furnace Family was one of few with 24/7 service and a very informative useful website. Asked for a fix and Justin called back and arrived on time and fixed the issue. He provided lots of valuable information and showed us how to address this issue. As well he set up for estimate all in the time there. Highly recommended.

RecommendedMy furnace had been acting up for 4 days then finally it wouldnt run for more then 3 min at a time, and of course this had to happen while it was -40, the house was down to 8 degrees. I called furnace family on a saturday at 5pm and Kevin was there in an hour After taking the time to figure out what was wrong Kevin didnt have the part but another guy did so off he went and got it!! RecommendedWoke up to a 13C house this morning (-27C outside and closing in quick). We called a couple of furnace repair companies, but Furnace Family was able to come the fastest - within an hour. The furnace guru identified the spark board as the problem, he had the part in the van. Fixed and had our heat back on before 9:45am. We were very pleased and relieved!
