Furnace repair Jeff was excellent. He was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He interacted in a very pleasant and comfortable manner. He was initially here to check out my hot water tank but looked after my furnace as well.

Furnace and water tank replacement I found family furnace on google and I called them to install a furnace and water heater in our unit they are just as good as the reviews I read about them ..as hard as it gets they will finish the job efficiently !! They did a great job and were very patient to finish everything thank u Jared and Ross so much for all ur effort am so pleased.. and thank u Jamie also for explaining everything Razan

New Furnace Furnace Family installed a new Lennox furnace and the service was exceptional from Dave the estimator to the really nice installers our experience was that when they say family that's what they are. The pride in the company and their work is very apparent.

Furnace Replacement Great job by Furnace Family! My tenants had no heat and it turned out I needed a new furnace. Jay took care of things and made sure the tenants could stay warm until the new furnace was installed. Dave organized everything and a couple of days later Monty got the new furnace installed and brought everything up to code. Fantastic service at a reasonable price!!

Sherwood Park Service Call AC and Furnace Wife contacted Furnace Family in regards to AC issues. Serviceman did a great job with AC and as well checked out the furnace and fire places. job well done. thank you

Air Conditioning by Lennox We were in the market for adding Air Conditioning to our home after several quotes we choose Furnace Family mainly because of their sales guy Dave. He was way more knowledgeable and an amazing job. Our house is cool and the unit is very quiet. Highly recommend this company.

Repaired furnace as promised before installing new one. Temporary repairs were done prior to installing new furnace as promised as the weather was very cool. Very happy with.serviceman Jeff. Handled repairs quickly and efficiently. Salesman Jamie gave a complete review of what we would need for our home

Furnace repair Our furnace broke down on a weekend and other companies that I called were not answering the phone. Furnace Family did and got out here fast and did a great job. Very professional and even gave us a few pointers on making the house more comfortable. Call them you won't be sorry.
